Merrittville Big Scoop

Came here with my parents from a couple of friends telling us that it was great, and I've gotta say, it lived up to expectations! The soft serve was the creamiest and most delicious I've ever had. I recommend entirely.

they jept saying they didn't have anything in stock. had to try ordering 4 times. based on that,.I'd have to day tid place is just ok. the only thing i was able to finally get was a vanilla cone.

Nice place to meet up with the Vespa Club of Niagara. There was an antique car show going on at the same time.

Ice cream is great and a place that gives good portions. Please don't stop giving customers a good portion for their money. The only problem is different people give different portions. The owner needs to step up and make sure people get good service and portions . It will keep people coming back. Have not tried other food . Can't go wrong with ice cream!!

Great little spot for a super late season ice cream treat. Looks to be a very happening spot in the high summer time. Will be back again next year!

Ran in to a grumpy young staff, but other wise great ice cream selections.

Tonight was our first night ever trying Merrittville Big Scoop and the hype I’ve seen online all summer long did not disappoint!!

My boyfriend ordered a small strawberry milkshake which was the BEST one we’ve had! It was so creamy and had real strawberry pieces in it. ?

I got the ice cream waffle nachos which was to die for ! I got twist soft serve with cookie dough pieces and hot fudge

It was very busy tonight as everyone was there from the soccer game but the service was fantastic!

$17 for both items still cheaper than Dairy Queen and way better tasting!

hey so I gotta be honest today was by far my worst expiernce I just came for my 2 yr Olds bday. My husband and I and after 40 mins of waiting them to make a swirl for me. The icecreams my husband and daughter got were gone. Everyone after me that ordered gettin icecream were being called and I finally asked why it's 40 mins for med swirl and it was acted like no big deal so I get to eat icecream alone rather then as a family to celebrate my babies bday so thank you but I would rather go to dq where customer service is consistent very disappointed. We use to love co I g here when you first opened sadly seems things have changed .

Great service and help. The young lady was very helpful and making a gift card purchase and of course some hard serve Tiger Stripe ice cream was quick. Both staff were very pleasant and helped me make a pups ? day a bit better with a cone. Other eats there too. We'll be back.
