Went in today and ordered a Turkey Club Sub ..First of all the Sub had Crumb Bacon on it like maybe 6 little Crumbs on the whole thing .Asked to have Mayo and Sub Sauce .Get the Bill and get Charged 3$ for Sub Sauce and Mayo..If you read their Menu it says you can choose any Sauce you want doesn't say anything about extra charges .. Who the HELL charges extra money for Sauce on their subs.. Exactly $1.50 each Sauce you are Ripoff..

I’ve been here many times over the years never had a problem. Today I ordered three pizzas for my dad’s birthday party. When I showed up to pick up my order the young lady said my 2 party trays were ready, I then old her I ordered 3 pizzas. She went to see who I assume was the manager; he came to me and asked if I would mind waiting for the other pizza? Well I don’t have a choice I need to feed everyone. So in the end they messed up my order, I waited 20 minutes for the last pizza, they still charged me for the last pizza despite the inconvenience and by the time I got home I had 2 cold pizzas. With that kind of service I won’t be going back anytime soon

Came here with my partner for my birthday dinner, we were seated right away however we waited 20 minutes without having our drink order taken or seeing our waitress. We decided to go inside to let them know we were still waiting and they apologized and said they would be out right away. 2 waitresses proceeded to come to the patio but still ignored our table even after we asked what was going on so we decided to leave. Very disappointing.

Food is always delicious. The owner is lovely and the staff is great! We asked for paper plates for take out once. My mum's is disabled and they are flimsy so we asked for a few extra to make it sturdy, which we told her. The woman behind the counter informed us that if you ask for more than 4 plates she will charge an extra 1.50$. A bit ridiculous considering they are literally paper thin. Found that to be a bit rude. Other than that, we have always had a pleasant experience!!

This is my favourite place for pizza with large groups. Pizza is so good. It has such a crispy base and generous toppings. Prices are amazing for everything. Patio available. Lots of TVs to keep you entertained. Private room you can rent out. Nice Bar. Pizza by the slice. It's just an awesome place. Clean facility. Clean washrooms. Staff are amazing and tentative. Kitchen is fast. Delivery is great too. No credit card surcharge. Lacking some parking space.
Bummed when I arrived to see no hot n honey buffalo pizza. Until a couple of super heros behind the counter who were more than willing to put the hot honey drizzle on the buffalo pizza for me as they were not making any more. Amazing customer service and quick solution!! Bravo.

Recently July 2025 I placed an order for an X large Pizza and 30 wings 15 medium and 15 Honey Garlic for a Saturday evening.Lately it has been too hot to BBQ or cook. I have had good pizza and wings before, but I hate to say it, I think Mossimo's is losing it's reputation for preparing top notch Pizza and wings. I was very disappointed in both the pizza and wings. The pizza was over cooked to the point the edges were crispy brown and not soft. The wings were over cooked where they would be normally moist and tender, the wings were chewy and tough. I don't think I will be ordering from them for some time.
