To begin with, as being a chef from the industry; I loved the open kitchen concept and flow of the amazing team behind the well curated menu. Each course we were able to experience separate dishes and the composition were well satisfying. You get that nice fine dining experience with a more sincere touch with such nice FOH team. Only note for the night would be: the dessert options would be more impactful since it’s usually the last plate you get to have and obviously the most significant one you can remember. I’d love to see them be more bold and creative and then playing safe but I do believe it might be a North American cuisine approach. Anyhow, overall it was a great session and worth every penny. Went there for my wife’s birthday and couldn’t ask for a better dinner option. ??Parking: Behind the restaurant in front of the municipal building, a vast free parking lot

First time customer. It was a lovely venue with a quiet, calm atmosphere. The menu was wonderful with at least four choices per course .You can see the kitchen and staff preparing the meals and there's a small bar central to the space.The food menu is fixed price, but depending on the day of the week, you can order a la carte. The service was good considering there was only one person attending to the entire restaurant and the kitchen staff actually brought the food to the table. As a result, the dishes were explained in great detail when they were served.Be prepared, unless you are in the highest of earning brackets, dinner here will be an expensive night out. With a fixed price of $99 for a four course meal, a couple of drinks, gratuity and tax, will cost two people roughly $300 for dinner.

This restaurant isn't the cheapest place you will eat but certainly be one of the best. The chef (and food) are outstanding. If you are looking for a fantastic dinner experience for that 'special occasion', this is definitely the place for you.
Hands down best restaurant in Niagara. From the service to the vibe to the attention to detail when it comes to the food. Intimate atmosphere with top notch flavour. I loved the bison and lamb, but honestly you can’t go wrong with any dish. Oh and ask for sourdough bread to compliment. Loved getting to meet and chat with the chef/ owner Ray. What a guy!
