Probably one of the best subways I’ve been to in Ontario. I ordered express service on the app so I didn’t get to interact with the staff but they welcomed me with a smile.
Enjoyed my sub and at the bottom of the bag, saw a note apologizing for no cucumber. Really appreciated the note! Keep up the great work.

I visited this location the last week and while a younger employee made my sub, the other older worker (approx 65 year old lady) was consistently bad mouthing other workers while she stood at the cash register. The older worker looked to be doing nothing other than talking bad about people, making it extremely uncomfortable. I've visited the store since then and again she was there just standing at the cash, talking negatively about someone. I felt bad for the other employees as it was very unprofessional and makes it seem like she'll talk poorly about customers aswell.

This is the best Subway location I have been to. The bread was fresh and the sandwich meats and toppings were plentiful. The ladies working provided great customer service, even cutting one of the subs into small slices so my son with braces could eat it more easily.

My wife works up the road from this Subway, and she loves it! She tells me frequently how good her sandwich is and how the staff always remember her and even start making her sandwich as soon as they see her pulling into the parking lot. That kind of appreciation and attention to the customer is amazing. Thank you!
The food is Subway, it's the same items anywhere you go. It's the atmosphere and the people who work there that end up deciding which Subway you prefer.
MANY of the other Subways in the Niagara Region could learn a few things from this Subway, and the one on Scott St. in St. Catharines. They are both easily, hands down, the best Subways in the entire Niagara Region.

I placed an order for a salad on just-eat. As part of the salad, I chose extra condiments: salt, crispy onion and mayo sauce. None of these condiments included with my salad, which made it a really unpleasant and bog standard salad. I called subway fonthill, the lady on the phone asked the order number and after telling she proceeds to handle a new order for the next 5 to 6 mins without ever returning to the phone call. I hung up and tried to call again, the phone line has been busy ever since. Sadly, this will not be a company I will return to.

It is located on Hwy 20 in fonthill. Restaurant is always clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is always prepared well. Recommend this Subway location. Will come here next time I go to Subway.

Small but clean location. The gentleman that served me took my complicated order for 5 people in stride and had a smile the whole time. I don't believe the small dining area is open but if you are doing a pickup order at Subway, this is the friendliest location.

I’m a regular at this location and I can honestly say the subs and customer service is top tier. I always get a tuna sub toasted and loaded. I’ve had a couple mishaps with them in the past, but they always make it right. we’re always met with smiles and kindness. we love all of the staff here and always send people to this location.
