Witnessed a customer get told to go to starbucks over asking to have their tea simply iced, not even a hard thing to do either. Probably not going back after witnessing that shitty behavior. This isn't my first time seeing this either in other food places now over simple requests.

We were faithful, loyal, local customers who have had enough, drive thru times are ridiculous unable to understand order and even if they attempt to, the order is sloppy and wrong. It is very unfortunate that our local Tim Hortons owners and corporation has sold out. This is still canada do better Tim Hortons.

I just went to this Timmies this morning, and the service was terrible. I normally have not so great experiences here but it was so bad I had to make a review. The lady taking my order became really rude and impatient after a really short period of time and it was not a great experience. Next time, I'm going to McDonald's in Fonthill, they have incredible food and service.
No washroom facilities recommend to go 3-4km ahead for full-service Tim

The potato wedges were really yummy and they gave extra which was really nice to see, the drive thru was fairly quick. The wrap portion size is a bit small for $9 but it could use more meat the cilantro lime was just salad so would like to see more meat.
