Very dirty. Trays for in house use weren’t cleaned at all. Back of house is filthy!!!!!

To start , they only had 2 different kinds of bagels available and while ordering at the speaker we were there for over 10 minutes. As the person taking our order kept going silent and completely ignoring us when we asked if they are still there or if we can pull up. After 10 minutes , he came back and made us repeat our entire order again.
Once we get our food there was no bacon on our bacon break fast sandwich and the 2 other bagels were not toasted. They then rushed us at the window and gave us attitude because we refused to tip after such awful service.
Definitely will never be returning to this Tim Hortons again and will let everyone I know how awfully run this business is.

Extremely disappointed by the service. The workers are always loud and speaking another language. Today, I was interrupted in the middle of my order because one worker had to say a joke to the one taking my order. I was asked three times to repeat myself because he wasn't listening, and he still git my order wrong. I don't usually complain, but this was bad. I don't like coming to this Tim Hortons anymore.

I ordered through the app. Upon arrival, I waited a long time for the drive thru person to even acknowledge me. Then, I was told some of the items (which are common items) I requested were not available. I asked what my options were and I was told I could request a refund or have replacement items. I asked what other items they had and they didn’t even have enough of the same type of item, which left me to ask for a refund. She told me I had to request the refund through the app. When I requested the refund through the app, I was told they didn’t have the authorization to do and that the store would be able to do so, but ultimately it’s up to the owner or manager. I’m so confused and frustrated and I’m out my money for my order. I’m a regular at this spot but I’ve had so many issues lately I’m going to start taking my business elsewhere.

Getting a response from the “Owner” saying to contact the exact place where I was told to contact the restaurant directly, and am now being redirected to the digital side where they’ve said they can’t help me? I’m not sure how that’s going to rectify things?

UPDATE: I’ve contacted the website twice. They are telling me to contact the owner/manager and the owner/manager is telling me to contact the website. I’m getting a complete run around. I just want my money back for the items I never received.

So unprofessional staff, manager doesnt even know whats going on, on the floor, speaking so loud in punjabi, very unwelcoming environment. I hope they get more training. Using swore words. Omg not at all tim horton, no name tags, i wish i could mention the names, no hair net on head.

This Tim Hortons is the fastest and most efficient Tim's I've been to in a long time. They always get my order right, DD with almond milk and a blueberry muffin, and the coffee always tastes fresh and made perfect. The lady who works morning shifts Mon-Fri is always friendly and fast, and took concern when she saw I was in an arm sling. I was surprised to see so many bad reviews because I've never had a problem and actually prefer to go to this Tim Hortons. I used to work for Tim Hortons and I know how demanding it can be! Thanks for the good morning coffee before work :)
