A set amount of time to have your order thrown at you!This Tim's is a big fail and needs to lighten up on something!The employees seem like they're trying to be nice, but have strict orders to not engage the customer for any other reason then quickly throwing the food at you and hoping there won't be any complaints.Terrible.

Skip this one if your in a hurry….10am Sunday. 1 car ahead of me, in drive thru and waited probably 7 mins before anyone spoke thru the inter com… only 4 other cars in the park lot.

Employees were extremely rude. Waited 5 minutes at the screen to order a single donut and no one took my order. I proceeded to drive to the window after no one taking my order and the employee stated he could not take my order at the window. Even though it was their fault that my order was not taken. Rude employees, bad quality food. Will not be wasting my money here ever again!

Please pay attention to your customers. Sure you enjoy being with fellow employees but focus. Customer service is a lost art with the young.Thanks for the generic response. It truly shows that customer service on all levels is sadly lacking.

Ungoing difficulties with drive through. 10 min wait to get one coffee when only one person in line with me. Numerous times asked for something and they have no idea what I'm asking for (coffee k cups) and treated with no professionalism at the window. I know many people who will not return to this site. They need to bring some people from the other tim hortons in fonthill toshow them how it's done. Will not return.

I'm not sure what's going on with this Tim's but I find the current workers rush us, they request you to have your payment and rewards card ready when you order. I pay sometimes with change for a coffee and they rush me so much they drop some of the money outside. They are sometimes rude and pushy, it wasn't like this a few years back! Bring back the workers from back then!!! I am not happy at all, I will no longer go there!

This Tim Hortons is terrible. They’re extremely slow and do not know how to make their food properly. This location deserve to be shut down until people that are more coherent and comprehensive are

This Tim Hortons can NEVER get it together. Either your being rushed out, your order is being taken wrong, your being told you can’t have eggs at 9 in the am.. most likely because it will effect their speed or the quality is just terrible, the amount of times I have received burnt or completely cold food is ridiculous. I continued to purchase here because of the convenience on my route but now I will absolutely go out of my way to attend another location because this one has NEVER left me happy. Only frustrated and disappointed in my choice. I wish they would think about the customer more rather than being the speediest because I’m certain I am not the only one who has been left to feel this way while visiting.

I placed my order with the app and they gave me everything wrong, the coffee without sugar and without chocolate chips as I had ordered. They don't understand when you talk to them and in the end they serve you all wrong. I threw my money in the trash. I'm not coming back here

We don't normally use the Tim's at the Food Basics Plaza in Fonthill anymore, one because there have been errors in our orders consistently and two, to put it politely, the customer service (or lack there of) is in great need of improvement. However, my husband decided to try it again today - he ordered himself a coffee and me a chai tea latte. When he brought it home to me, it had the chai tea tag hanging down as it always does, however when I took a small sip, I discovered it was coffee...with a chai tea bag in it. I am allergic to coffee. Took off the lid and sure enough everything was brown. How does this even happen??? It's not like the order was mixed up with someone else's...we definitely will not be back to this location even though it's closest to our home.

From 10:30 to 10:39. I went to driver thru ordered drinks and breakfast.One guys take my order.First thing: i ordered the drinks Quencher Peach. He said he don’t understand to order it. I tried order one more time. And then he asked to me what’s kind the bagel you like? With the louder voice. Why don’t you understand me please tell me to the window to order. Or switch to other person take the order. Why speak louder with customers? Did you think while you go out to tried order foods from other restaurants. If the staff not understand what’s do you want and they speak louder to you? What do you think?Second: after that, one girl take my order she get what do i want for the drinks? Why did the guys first one said no more Quencher Peach? Do you guys exactly no more Quencher Peach at 10:30 am?So i just get 2 home style not get the drink? When i driver to the window to pay? I met the guys take my order he still speak louder to me?You guys need training back the staff for customer service care?

The manager is extremely impatient and rude to customers and lacks courtesy she could not take my order efficiently, so I pulled up at the window to finish the order and after extending Courtesy to her that it could be a accent barrier she decided to tell everyone next time I can't order at the window and I would have to come inside I drove off without the order. She needs to be properly trained in customer care and customer service. In the meantime, she should go clean the bathrooms and take out the trash because she is most certainly not fit for dealing with customers. Terrible.

today i went to get food. wasn’t completely sure what i wanted. but when i was asked by the person in the drive through what i wanted. and i didn’t respond immediately she got aggressive. after giving my order she proceeded to be even more rude and was even slighty agressive and verry rushy when giving my food and money to me at the window.shame on you tims lady. ):<will NOT come back here!
