Had to request a refund after the person in front of me and myself both were handed the wrong order than waited 10 plus mins for not much food all while myself and truck were soaked due to constantly opening the window wont be back and highly recommend going elsewhere đ plenty of other 1 star reviews that can show why you should skip out on this place

Ordered a JBC and the patty was cold and spongy and looked like it had been sitting out all day. The bacon was also cold and rock solid. I had to throw it out :(

This is a great Wendyâs! They are always polite and professional. Their food is always fantastic and the restaurant is always clean. The manager (Adam) is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was served by Natalie on several occasions and she has always presented great customer service skills ! A pleasure to come to this location!

I donât expect much from take out food BUT I do expect my food to be hot, made the way I ask and consistent each time I go! Tonight I got burgers & chili cheese nachos for myself, my son & his friend. All of the burgers were cold, the nachos were cold and there was barely any chili or cheese on the nacho chips! We often get nachos instead of fries, so we know how itâs usually made. This was not it! I also asked for extra mayo on my burger, which also did not happen (if the burger and nachos were good I would not have cared about the missing mayo!) I also would not be as upset if this was the first time it happened! It is not. The last time we got nachos & burgers it was cold and poorly made then as well. I thought perhaps the person making it just had an off night. Now Iâm thinking maybe itâs worth the drive to go into Welland and get Burger King next time. If Iâm spending my money at your restaurant and your staff cannot do the bare minimum and at least serve the food hot and put it together the same every visit, I need to find someplace that does! Itâs unfortunate because we loved getting Wendyâs every now and then! At least the girl working the drive thru window was friendly! (Btw I live 3 min from Wendyâs so no, my food did not get cold on the way home!!)

Not impressed the girl in the drive thru was rude tried to ask her a question just shut the window in my face. Went in and the girl on counter was also rude looked like a supervisor or something gave me a dirty look the whole time.Worst customer service ever . Way to be like the Welland one Fonthill. Use to go out of way just to go to Fonthill but youâre two of the same now . Food was cold fries tasted stale and your burger was so sloppy . Not sure what you did to your staff but really think you need a change.
