Ordered two wraps and a salad from here the grilled strips in the one wrap were beyond hard I took one bite and thought I was going to break a tooth. My husband started to eat his and he stopped as he said it tasted raw. Absolutely disgusting ? don’t even waste your time going to this restaurant.. nothing like a cheese and lettuce wrap yum ?

Stay away from this location. Screwed up our drive thru order with missing hamburger toppings. Fries cold and some tasted raw. Hamburgers were a sloppy mess. Just avoid next time.

They hired me full time and once I started I was getting 3 hours a week instead of 40. When I inquired was told that they did not have the sales to allow me more hours yet they were still hiring people after they hired me but had no hours to offer. After 3 shifts I found other employment a pay day came and gone and said they lost all my information and could not pay me and that they needed my direct deposit info so I gave them it for 2nd time and was told they just had payday so would be deposited following pay in 2 weeks so I waited an nothing called and was told there was a glitch an would be on following pay check (a month later) so I waited an to my surprise nothing. After a 2 months of fighting with them because every time I called management was sick or off that day meanwhile I had someone else call an they were there. they told me to come in and they would pay me cash out of register minus the taxes to find out they put 40 dollars in an envelope hoping I would leave and not notice. Worst Wendy’s ever and will do everything I can to turn people away from this shady locations chad the franchise owner an Brittany the manager and rest of management need an eye opener on how to run a buisiness 101

Stopped in at 730 on my way to work only to be told they could only serve me coffee because the fryers weren't on and they were cleaning the stove. Was still better than when they took my order and my money only to then inform me it will take 20 minutes for my order to be ready. I obviously can't wait 20 minutes as I am on my way to work, so I ask to speak to the manager who asks if I can wait 5 minutes to speak to her I can wait 20 for my food... there are other places just down the street. Will never stop in this wendy's again.

This Fonthill location has lost me as a customer forever. Dealt with a rude MANAGER that blamed me for not giving.the person who took my order the coupon I wanted to use even though I told her when placing the order that I had a coupon. She didn’t ask for it and still charged me full price. Was happy to just use the coupon a different time, but she was so rude I decided I was fed up with the whole situation and just cancelled my order and went somewhere else. This place has no idea what customer service is. Wendy’s I wish you guys luck in a small town where everyone talks.
