To the young boy who was humiliated And fired at the Forest Lake Pizza Hut in front of everybody - please know we reported the bullying incident to Pizza Huts corporate offices, the BBBureau and the Minnesota Attorney General’s office- I am sorry I couldn’t find you after our family was asked to leave- now- over their mistake- please know bullying and humiliation is unacceptable. tried to order through phone very time it hangs up automatically when AI say transferred to store
Missing chicken wings. Tried to phone them but their stupid AI answer phone would hang up on me after saying no one is available. I had to fake a new order to get through to someone. Then she said it will be an hour before they can deliver the missing food. My poor son had to wait for his chicken (as he doesn’t eat the pizzas). Pizza Hut Forest is a recommended place for good quality pizzas. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. They offer hot and fresh pizzas, with customer service that keeps you coming back. They were very helpful in getting orders redone and even gave discounts. One customer was surprised and pleased their pizza was ready before predicted on a busy night. The pizzas looked perfect, were hot, and tasted really good. They offer excellent customer service, and dealing with a true customer service driven professional is appreciated. They will definitely order again.
