The owner charges a dollar for a slice of lemon. It’s a dive bar.. but she says she doesn’t want cheap people there! Who the hell else would she get? Ignorant, dirty, disrespectful and just plain rude! Not anywhere I would recommend.. not for a second!

Big Texas is a country music dive bar with a great lunch menu and live music on weekends. The interior gives off a dive bar vibe and the front deck is perfect for hanging out. The menu offers just enough choices and daily specials like fish and chips, BBQ chicken, corned beef, and Canadian bacon. The food quality is good, with fresh-cut fries and tasty cole slaw. The prices are reasonable, especially for US visitors. On Fridays, they offer a fantastic seafood special with shrimp and fish & chips, including a delicious slaw. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is laid-back, making it a great place to enjoy good food and music.
