Honestly don’t even know where to begin lol so I ordered two pizzas and one was ( double pepperoni and bacon) and got home after picking it up last night only to find bacon on it, so I called and they said we can make you another one just bring the other pizza in ( which I thought was just for proof that they in fact did forget the pepperoni) and I get there to show him and he put his hand out and actually wanted the other pizza back! Not sorry for the mix up, not keep that pizza sorry you had to drive all the way back here, nothing. Couldn’t believe it. Especially after the customer has already touched it and ate half a slice ( before realizing there was no pepperoni) .. I basically laughed and told him like “buddy I’m deff keeping this pizza for the inconvenience of having to drive back here, you can’t be serious” … he told me I need the pizza as proof to show we messed up.. as if he was going to keep it to show his manager lol.. told him take a picture. In the end He did let us keep it after I said that tho, which clearly is the right thing to do. The quality and customer service in the food industry has really gone down over the years, It’s sad to see. I do enjoy the dominos here won’t even say they make bad pizzas and accidents do happen but that was just super embarrassing on their part. Then buddy with the new pizza was like showing me it which fine but going ( is it ok, is it good enough for you ) as if I was the problem! Like buddy yes it’s good caz the toppings I requested is actually on it. Idk what to say that was a super weird situation and dominos should be embarrassed on how they addressed this and treated their customers. Deff need to learn better customer skills.

Very good and fresh pizza. Service was quick. The only thing I would like to highlight is this store needs a garbage bin to discard empty pizza box for customers.

Ordering online is super easy and I am not a techy person! It was really neat that I could see my order every step of the way and know when it was on its way to be delivered. Loved the option that the pizza could be cooked extra no other restaurant app has this and adding the tip for the driver made things much easier as well when I paid online - loved this. Those lava cakes are so amazing we order them every time and we are obsessed with the spicy pineapple chicken bites. Such good food and the driver was such a nice guy.

Order online to use the gift card code, disappointed the code was not accepted. Have to order physically to present the code. 2 person working while 3 are at the back sitting and chatting. While there's NO chair for the paying customer to sit and wait. Wanted to help Canadian business but NOT seeing local Canadian as part of the crew was the biggest let down.

Ordered 3 pizzas on Monday. Midday Tuesday we're all extremely sick with food poisoning so bad that two of us missed our scheduled work day. We're still recovering from how violently sick we got. Never ordering again

I have a fundraiser card with 10 coupon stickers on it. The stickers are so tiny you can't read the code on it. I have called in the past and they said just bring in the sticker/coupon and they would apply it when I get there. I have done this 3 times all ready. With no problems. I call today and say the same thing. Took a pic of the coupon this time then looked at it and zoomed in and gave them the code over the phone. They said it's the wrong code I might have to do it online. I told them i did it 3 times already with no problem. He wasn't willing to help me out. He said sorry and that was it. I told him I will just call another pizza company then.
I have had this guy before on the phone. Not a very cheery person.
