Shopped this morning 22/8/25. No eggs or butter stocked. A lot of goods I usually buy not on the shelves. Not impressed.
Nicest No Frills in Niagara Region. Large and clean shopping environment.
This review goes out the the Young man who was working self checkout area. This was Sat. Aug 9th. I was in right b4 close to grab a few thing. I observed the young man running outside after a customer who didn't pay. (Or so he said, and we all heard) He ran to the vehicle as they were leaving. What I heard was you didn't pay. Why didn't you pay. Come back. The people showed proof of payment. It looked like he was satisfied and walked away. This Young lady looked so scared and ready to cry. Looked like anxiety took over her. :( As I tried to approach and comfort her another customer screamed at her to go pay. She didn't pay. They are looking for you.
So I wasn't able to approach her. I looked to the worker and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. He was vape smoking while his body was in the store and the door. Full body inside. Unreal!
This Young man turned me off to going to your location. He was loud, rude and belittling that Young lady. Shame on you.
This is all from what I seen and heard.
Please look into this employee qnd his behavior that evening.
Best of luck to the young lady customer! I know you paid for your items. I am very sorry he acted like that towards you!!
Only grocery store in Fort Erie with Canadian strawberries and grapes.
A well-managed, clean and spacious NOFRILLS. Good shopping experience with friendly staff.
It’s our neighborhood grocery store. Is clean and nice cashiers.
Very good. place for shopping
Helpful staff
A nice mid-size store. I definitely prefer shopping here over that multinational retailer on Highway 3.
Awesome place to shop with excellent prices!!!!!!!

I enjoy shopping here. It is so very much better than the No Frills in Niagara Falls (it's ghetto there). In Fort Erie, they have what is advertised, it's not too busy, easy to find everything in a clean store.
Just left this store and this awesome 18 yr old worker carried my distilled water and big bag of apples to my car.
Bare shelves, rude floor staff. I don’t usually leave reviews. Couldn’t help it, could be a great store
Cashiers need proper training or replace i was there like last customer before closing at 7:00 pm there one girl casher she came and pointed me casher number she scan all my stuff try to swipe my card but machine denied my bank card i got confuse tried difrent card it denied too i talk the girl how this can happen i just come out walmart store view minutes before i come here she said in rude way i dont know its your card i said let me check my bank app nothing is wrong there money in my bank acount there is no locked everything is good but i feel its her i was the only customer she didnt want to work and she did this intentionally i said ok i give her cash as i always have some cash in my pocket i went out with disappointment i went directly to MacDonald to got some coffee and double check if my cards are working it worked that was when i shocked surprised with disappointment .
,There is one more thing i asked her bag she said we only have the 2$ dollar ones she know that i need bag becouse she sees my stuff that i cant take on hands she forced me 2$ bag here is the thing the no frills store manager in fort erie need to train their casheirs specialy young girls not treat customers like they are ignorant and inhuman i decided not to go again that store i was loyal and local customer for long time but this bad way that young girl cashier treats me makes me disappointment!
Prices are great. They do price match as well. Good selection
My biggest complaint is you have to wait in long lines because they only allow people with less than 15 items to use self checkout. Personally I often prefer srl checkout and it's annoying as hell standing in line for 15 minutes for a human to ring up my groceries when I could do my own checkout much faster. Why have 6 self checkouts when they're empty and you can't use them. Drives me nuts
