Jesse & Kelly's NOFRILLS Fort Erie

Just left this store and this awesome 18 yr old worker carried my distilled water and big bag of apples to my car.

Bare shelves, rude floor staff. I don’t usually leave reviews. Couldn’t help it, could be a great store

Cashiers need proper training or replace i was there like last customer before closing at 7:00 pm there one girl casher she came and pointed me casher number she scan all my stuff try to swipe my card but machine denied my bank card i got confuse tried difrent card it denied too i talk the girl how this can happen i just come out walmart store view minutes before i come here she said in rude way i dont know its your card i said let me check my bank app nothing is wrong there money in my bank acount there is no locked everything is good but i feel its her i was the only customer she didnt want to work and she did this intentionally i said ok i give her cash as i always have some cash in my pocket i went out with disappointment i went directly to MacDonald to got some coffee and double check if my cards are working it worked that was when i shocked surprised with disappointment .
,There is one more thing i asked her bag she said we only have the 2$ dollar ones she know that i need bag becouse she sees my stuff that i cant take on hands she forced me 2$ bag here is the thing the no frills store manager in fort erie need to train their casheirs specialy young girls not treat customers like they are ignorant and inhuman i decided not to go again that store i was loyal and local customer for long time but this bad way that young girl cashier treats me makes me disappointment!

Prices are great. They do price match as well. Good selection
My biggest complaint is you have to wait in long lines because they only allow people with less than 15 items to use self checkout. Personally I often prefer srl checkout and it's annoying as hell standing in line for 15 minutes for a human to ring up my groceries when I could do my own checkout much faster. Why have 6 self checkouts when they're empty and you can't use them. Drives me nuts

We can't believe how much the store in Fort Erie is lacking! The shelves are never fully stocked, to the point it is a complete incovenience to shop here. It doesn't matter what day of the week or time of day you shop here, the shelves will not be carrying half of the things we go in for and it is such a mess! We are limited in Fort Erie for stores, so this is a big inconvenience and basically a slap in the face to the people who support your store. Get on it Jesse and Kelly! We're tired of it. Maybe head office should be consulted. The worst No Frills store we've ever been to.

No complaints. Buisness as it should be.

The price for some things came up higher than the price on shelf label, no time to drive back to the area to return. Otherwise okay selection of food, quite a few expired items in freezer sections. Some expiration dates from August! They need more international items, compared to other no frills it's lacking.

Friendly staff

Smaller store, no full bakery or butcher, but there is a full pharmacy. Large frozen sections, could have a larger variety of President's Choice products. Meat sections are too large. Best grocery prices in town (Optimum point system is one of the best rewarding grocery point systems). Friendly, efficient staff!

Very good service

Self checkout is painful! The staff blaming head office for recalibrating their system is ludicrous.
You can’t put your bag on the scale, you can’t bring more than 15 items - come on!!
We’ve been yelled at for removing items (using the button that’s there for when you need room).
Here’s a thought- if you don’t trust people- take out the self scanners, and put on more cashiers- ones that do more than stand behind customer service and gossip!
There’s way too much competition to be this lax.
One more thing, when I asked for the head office number, I was told that “no one, including the new manager knows it”. Further more he “tried Googling it and there were no results”. I jumped in my car, googled No Frills head office number and I must be magic but I got it first time!

Have always liked shopping at NoFrills
Fresh groceries at great deals and good friendly customer service makes it all the more worthwhile ?

Love this store because it's so quiet and clean....not like the other no frills that i am used to in toronto and scarborough

The last three times I shopped here I had to wait in extremely long lines. They never seem to have more than two cashiers open. They also have multiple self check outs, but they don't take cash. I've wasted probably an hour waiting here the last month, always with two or three items.
The staff is extremely friendly and the store is clean and well stocked. It's just difficult to buy and leave in an orderly fashion.
