Awful customer service in regards to your elder cashiers! The young girls are pleasant and kind the two older ladies a very poor example of customer service !

I shop here regularly and it is becoming very frustrating. Every visit, I leave without buying 2-3 items because they are not in stock. I then have to make another stop at a competitor. Also, the produce is usually sparse, certain vegetables, namely zucchini are not available or over ripe and shouldn't be on display. Other products are also out of stock especially the ones that are on sale. More often than not, milk is in short supply and with a very short expiration date. The store itself could be cleaner than it is most times. I've been shopping at No Frills for many years. Mostly in another city. However, I have not experienced these problems on a continuous basis.

Has become dirty and most often than not, with bare shelves. The other day, I looked for jello snack cups in the cooler and what they had were snack cups, all the different varieties, mixed together in a pile as if they were thrown in, not separated and neatly upright. Why head office doesn’t come in every now and again unannounced to check on their brand which this store represents is beyond me.

Very disappointing store shelves empty , while employees have plenty of time to socialize, I will pay a little more to be able to shop where products are available. Not a good move No Frills.

Went to buy 18% table cream one weekend in the morning and none of the bigger sized cartons were put out or in stock. Smaller cartons tend to be almost expired. The next weekend same thing but going to buy homogenized milk and none were out or in stock. What grocery store that specializes in groceries does not have items that people will rely on by 9 in the morning. So I went else where and bought those items and might just go elsewhere even if it costs more for every day items because the other guys have shown me that it will have it in stock compared to No Frills.

Great prices and in store sales. They are hooked up to Optimum points card. Bring a looney to get your cart, its refunded when you put the cart back. I don't like the self check out only allowing 15 items AND you can't have them in a cart. Its ridiculous to think a person is going to carry 15 items in a handheld basket. Makes no sense! Its very frustrating when you're in a hurry and the cashier checkouts have very long line ups and you can't go through the self checkout. That's my major issue here. I like to get in and out and honestly move as fast or faster than most cashiers. Other than that I like the store.
Oh and around 5pm they mark down meats, etc that are coming to date.
Would have given 5 stars if not for the self checkout issue. Staff is very helpful as well.

Horrible. The parking lot is absolutely terrible. Fell over my cart because of how bad the potholes are, and none are marked so they are difficult to see. My hand and knee were scraped and bleeding, and I twisted my ankle. The store could care less.

Great place to shop and great pharmacy as well. Cinny treats my family with great kindness and she does an amazing job!
