“Our family has been using Balanced Body foods for about 7-8 months now and we love them. They are easy convenient, and they taste delicious. My personal favorite is the Mexican Taco Bowl. I recommend these meals because they are portion controlled, with recommended amounts of carbs, fat, and protein. They are calorie controlled so they fit into any diet plan. These meals have helped me lose almost 60 pounds in over a year. I recommend them to everyone.“

“The raspberry chip latte with oat milk was amazing. Sometimes people don’t do oat milk the best but this was fabulous. I had the veggie quiche, spinach, pepper, caramelized onion and Navarro cheese. Paired with the mixed greens of arugula, spinach and tomato slice and a dash of balsamic and oil was really great. I wouldn’t say it was the perfectly made quiche but it was amazingly good!! Cool vibe.“

“This place is really good! We came for lunch. The portions are very generous and it is authentic Thai food. The service was also great, waitor was very friendly. The food arrived quick and got as well :)
They have a lot of vegetarian options too!
