Amazing gelato and great service! Highly recommend

Perfect little gelato spot - with some extra yummy treats available. Got the banana marshmallow and it was so yummy! cute vibe - nice bistro seats outside and super friendly service.

Amazing, delicious, all-natural Gelato made in house! We also appreciated that there were vegan and gluten free options and that they are so knowledgeable about cross contamination.

Great gelato and wonderful service

The gelato was fantastic, will definitely be back! Thank you for having multiple dairy free options to choose from as well, the lemon flavour was so good along with the coconut mango - this was so creamy and yummy! My partner had the cinnamon roll flavour and he said it was delicious!

Ill start by saying that I am an Italian woman that loves gelato. My parents are both chefs and I was raised on home made, fresh gelato. So you can say I can be a little picky for some good ice cream - now let’s talk about maplewood. I absolutely LOVE this place. First & foremost - customer service, 10/10. They’re friendly, welcoming & kind. You can taste test the flavours before committing to your cup. I have done this time and time again, it’s SO hard to pick. The flavours are always changing and although I have my all time favs I do my best to try the new ones too. I’ve read a couple of negative reviews and those people are absolutely lost. There is simply nothing negative to say here. Delicious, fresh, homemade, friendly… what more do you want? I love it. My favourite business is Crystal Beach. Keep up the good gelato. Love, probably your biggest fan.

I came from out of town a few weeks ago and was able to stop in. Tried the blackberry cheesecake gelato and it was incredible – so creamy and flavorful! I just wish we had a location in my city, because now nothing else compares.

Maplewood Gelato makes the best dairy-free gelato I’ve ever had — hands down. The dairy-free chocolate is unbelievably rich and flavorful, and the fact that they also offer gluten-free cones is a game-changer. I haven’t been able to enjoy what feels like a real ice cream cone in over ten years, and this experience honestly brought me close to tears. On top of that, I’m lucky enough to live just down the road, which makes this little gem even more special. Highly recommend to anyone — especially those with food sensitivities who still want an incredible gelato experience.

What a local gem.. we are so lucky to have amazing gelato so close to home. Just like being in Italy. High quality ingredients and amazing flavours.
