I have been a customer at this location for many years. I will not be going back ever again. Here is why.
For the last year, I go through the drive-through and wait in the lineup and leave with no coffee. I have yet to get my coffee out of there. I drink coffee with a shot of expresso and so does my husband. For many years I never had a problem even the staff knew my order when they heard my voice. Now I can never get it. The customer service at this location has substantially deteriorated. This morning I went inside for my coffee. After waiting 15 min, before I was even served, I order my coffee. Then after waiting was another ten minutes was told it was gonna be a few minutes while they made a new pot of coffee. So while still waiting for 2 cups of coffee many people served and left.
