“LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this place!!! Showed up after crossing the river into Canada and waiting for our dinner reservation. Was COLD and all of us 55+ folks were wearing glasses that fogged up completely upon entering the warm atmosphere. Part-owner Andrew offered us all napkins to wipe off our glasses and said, “I’ll take the order from the first person who can see….” LMAO GREAT drinks (ask about The Captain!!) and awesome vibes. Definitely recommend !!”

“Delicious Paneer Pizza!
I tried the paneer pizza today and it was amazing! The crust was perfectly baked, and the toppings were loaded with fresh paneer, onions, and green peppers. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with just the right amount of spice. The cheese melted beautifully, and the paneer pieces were soft and flavorful. The overall taste was absolutely satisfying — one of the best vegetarian pizzas I’ve had! 🍕👏

Highly recommend trying it if you love Indian-style flavors on pizza. Great service and nice dine-in experience too.”

“I keep fearing going back to the Flint House because my experiences here have been so good that the pessimist in me expects the next time to be sub par. Not even close so far Filet Mignon was perfectly cooked, the veggies were deadly... yes the veggies and the Firecracker Apple cake is the different dessert I've been seeking for a while!! “I was visiting friends in fort Frances and googled the best bakery in town. This little gem popped up. Their products are at cc complex right outside of town. Got an assortment of butter tarts. Red velvet cookies and some coconut bars. Everything was delicious. Like scrumptious”

“Stopped in after a week at a fly in fishing lodge (Alexander’s on Rowan). I got the regular poutine and my wife got the bacon topped poutine. Both were freshly made, looked wonderful and tasted even better! For sure a must stop ! And the gentleman working there was very nice and polite.”

“This was my first time here and I will be back - first and foremost, the service was amazing. Very welcoming as I hunkered down with my laptop to work several hours; sometimes I feel like intruding or overstaying my welcome when I work in public places- but they made me feel very comfortable and they remained attentive to me my whole stay! I enjoyed delicious coffee to start and then had a wonderful lunch meal- and then coffee and treats to go. The food was generous portions and home cooked; so yummy! All very affordable prices too.”

“Cute place! Sophie, our server was fabulous. She looked and sounded like she was having fun. Food was good, but a bit high in price. Whiskey was a little rough. Came to about $100 for 3 dinners and a drink. Would recommend checking it out. Place has a good atmosphere and was decorated well. It was very clean. Bathroom was very clean.”

“Stopped for food / drinks on the way to Canada. Great food and even better service. Pulled into to town to find our trailer was broken. Late on a Friday night, the bartender got a hold of a local business owner and got them to open up first thing Saturday morning and got us back on the road. Thanks again.”

“We went to Hardee's today got our breakfast they accidentally forgot to give us our hash browns. I made a phone call to the manager explaining what happened. Stating that people sometimes make mistakes. She was so nice she drove to my house later on today and gave me a coupon for a free meal for my next visit. This was very thoughtful very professional and I think Hardee's.”
