Boston Pizza has always been my go-to restaurant, but every time I’m there I’m reminded why. The staff and management are absolutely amazing — genuinely caring, welcoming, and always going the extra mile to make sure you feel right at home. You can really tell they love what they do, and it shows in every interaction, big or small.
It’s such a true family restaurant. Whether I’m coming in with my kids, grabbing a meal with loved ones, or just looking for a comfortable, friendly place to relax, Boston Pizza never disappoints. The atmosphere is warm, the service is consistently fantastic, and the team treats you like more than just a customer — they treat you like part of the family.
This will always be one of my number-one spot to eat with my family. Highly recommend!

Came here last year same time and had a good experience. Food was good and the service was great. Unfortunately can’t say the same for this year.
Was looking forward to relaxing and hanging out for a bit after an all day drive. Food was good, drinks bad, servers were rude and NOT attentive at all-apparently because they needed more help -so perhaps not their fault -take it out on management NOT the customers who are paying. Didn’t think asking for a menu was putting them out and yet it was……
Think we’ll get KFC takeout next year unless we read reviews that they’ve made some changes.
