Rude and unwelcoming like anything. Made me wait for over 20 minutes before I walked to one of the employees to remind them of my order, and again another good 15 minutes before I finally got my hands on some simple tacos. The serves treat you like as if you are eating for free. Pathetic?

We had the same waitress both days we went there for supper. She gave us excellent services but forgot to ask for her name. If I go back to Fort Frances I'd definitely go back to Boston Pizza.

My family went out for a birthday dinner. The server embarrassed and dehumanized my family because she said she deserved a higher tip! Not only did she get angry she was telling other servers and the group stared at my family as they walked out. Total disregard and disrespect for , as far as I'm concerned you should've got nothing.

The big dipper and chicken club were ok minus that the meat was not the best quality and small portions of meat. Overall it tasted great. The garden salad was really good and very appealing to the eye.Kid-friendliness: The family side is very kid friendly. I usually sit bar side however I've noticed the environment is very kid friendly.

Hi myself Saran, myself and my wife visited BP more than couple of times. This place has the most hygienic atmosphere which i liked the best and people are friendly in nature. We have tried chicken wings, smoky mountain spaghetti & meat balls the taste is really awesome. I highly recommend BP they are wonderful and made my day.

We ordered pick up on sunday, October 15th at 3:03. Our order was one large perogy pizza, one order of thai bites and one order of jalapeno popper dip.Upon opening everything, we realized they didnt include the cactus cut potatoes with the jalapeno popper dip. My girlfriend called them back at 3:35 to inquire about why it was missed, and the girl on the phone told her that the dip "didnt come with cactus cut fries".We thought that was incorrect, so upon going to boston pizzas website and looking at the item on the menu to double check, we now know that they ARE in fact supposed to come with the potatoes. Whoever the girl on the phone was, was flat out lying to us.I get that mistakes happen, but lying about it is not okay. We are good customers, and are displeased.
