Just ordered from this location, not only was the blizzard melted when we got them (flipped them over and icecream was dripping out) but my royal didn’t receive any fudge inside. I went inside and asked for them to add it as it’s an additional cost, they started digging through the blizzard and said i would find it once i started eating it. long story short no fudge :(

The only reason I'm giving this review is to complain about the paper straws. You ever drink literally anything with a paper straw? It's all air. They don't straw properly, they just deliver air, not deliciousness. I wanted a milkshake, not air ? I literally throw away the paper straw and pull out a plastic one we previously stole from McDonald's and kept in our car JUST FOR YOU DQ. So eliminate the waste of everyone throwing away their useless paper straw, and taking the Real Normal Actually Functional straw from somewhere else. Just use normal straws is all I'm saying, and you'll get a 5 star review.

Overall was great service it self could of been abit faster they hardly smile well serving you or use politeness but very clean instore and outside good spot to bring the family and their cakes are awesome as well

Vegetarian options: They do have some dishes for this just have to go inside to read the board etc

Often times the food is undercooked and staff have such selective hearing they somehow don't hear an entire order said right into a speaker 3 separate times. The ice cream is good but it is just barely worth it…

Buster bars are very skimpy on nuts. I may have had 10. French fries appear not fresh reheated.
