Often times the food is undercooked and staff have such selective hearing they somehow don't hear an entire order said right into a speaker 3 separate times. The ice cream is good but it is just barely worth it…

Not very good at checking order quality at all. This has happened multiple times and is starting to become unacceptable. The sauces problem is a real issue due to it being the wrong sauce or most commonly is there is no sauce at all. They really need to start doing better. I’ve had this happened to me 8 times now. I shouldn’t have to do your job and check to make sure the order is correct

Very bad service and very horrible at order quality checks. I’ve order numerous occasions where they mess up the sauce and most commonly never give you any sauce at all. It’s very frustrating when your paying for such a pricey food already and you get all get home only to find out that the food you have thought you purchased is not even there. If I could give negative ratings I would. Do not recommend going here unless you want a ice cream that’s gonna be half melted by the time you get to the window
