Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They don’t care about customers at all. They always act like they’re right and refuse to listen. You’re there to serve customers, not to force your attitude on them. Basic politeness and respect are completely missing—this staff has no manners whatsoever. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

Don't bother going inside if the drive thru lines busy. I was the only customer inside. The drive thru was lined up to the street. It was empty by the time I finally got my order. Staff is to busy bickering about their screens to pay attention.

I don't know when I'll get any fresh food from them.
This has been going for too long. Seems like they hold their food for 2-3 hours in the name of ' fast service restaurant ' Also they need to look upon their cleanliness their washroom always smells to which ever Macd location I go.
This needs to stop

Used drive thru. Got my order wrong, charged me for the wrong order. Held up everybody behind me. Disappointing because this used to be my go to for food after being out for the day

Pretty much a standard McDonald's except for the lady behind the counter who was very knowledgeable with her job and was very patient with my ordering which I appreciated. Some McDonalds I go to have young people behind the desk who just want you to go away so that they can go back to talking with their co-worker. It was refreshing to see some proffesionalism.

Also thank you for actually filling my fry container, ALOT of McDonalds only fill the container 3/4 full on a large. Considering how much potatoes cost it really makes those establishments look cheap and penny pinching.

If the buisness operator is reading this it was your night crew that deserves the pat on the back.

I would recommend this buisness to a friend.

Would give a zero star if google allows. We waited for 25 minutes for our order and the guys gave incomplete order. We have to read out our order receipt to check each item and ask for missing items. The Mac flurries were all melted and we asked the guy to check and he said eat it first if its melted. Fries are stale and we added an extra fillet patty to our double fillet o fish and they missed it... hahahahaa paying for what we didnt received. We paid 77$ for food which doesnt worth even 40$.

Need to act on such negligence if they want this business to survive.

It’s a McDonald’s, what more can you say – service was friendly and fast. Unfortunately the restaurant had more flies than I could count which is somewhat concerning since not only were they flying around in the dining area (constantly trying to land on my food while I was eating), but also in the kitchen.

Almost everytime we come, something gets forgotten. Either a straw, a drink, an extra patty, hasbrowns or cheesecake bits in a flurry. Never get everything we're supposed to.

It's a McDonald's, so what can I say other than it advertises a 24-hour drive through however Every time I go to get a morning coffee, between 4-5 am, the drive-through is closed. I wake up early for work to start my day right and it's literally a 2 minute drive from where I stay. I did go there in the afternoon once and the manager was really nice with energy.
