Updated: greatly improved in the last 3 months. Service speeds and staff attitude are now what i would hope from a service industry. I can only hope this is a perminet improvement.Parking: Very disorganized parking... chronically concerned about pedestrians being hit and fender benders because of poor traffic flow design.Kid-friendliness: It's not kid friendly... much of the seating is inappropriate for young ones... no play area...

How hard is to remember the ingredients in the sandwich I ordered?
Crossed border to check out Canada and got a Grand Mac and poutine returning. Should have checked more thoroughly, but got to the US side and found that they had completely disregarded to even attempt to put anything on the second layer of the Grand Mac! Just plain bun on plain bun. Basically got a normal big Mac if they forgot to put the middle bun in and instead placed the middle and top bun on top and called it good!Pretty disappointed!Would give more stars for food but I never had an opportunity to eat the grand Mac and 1 star service for complete disregard to the product.It was a slow day as well. One car in front of me and there were none in front of that car.
