I Order a ham and cheese sandwich & it was horrible. It had to be left out because the bread was so hard the cheese was a different color and texture was two different colors. Gross I’m slow giving up on Tim Horrible!

Horrifically bad customer service. The Fort Frances MANAGER specifically told me to my face he only cares about drive thru customers.If you take the time to get out of your vehicle and go inside to place an order you will not be treated with an level of concern at all.I was told Tim Hortons policy is to solely focus on drive thru as they make more money that way. I was treated with no respect this morning and told how policy dictates how I was treated and told how I was not an important customer.

Horrifically bad service. If you try to order food inside the store, you will wait far too long, you are not treated with any respect. Drive Thru customers only matters to the Manager of Fort Frances Tim Horton's. TIM"S policy is to only service drive thru customers, not customers you take the time to come inside.

Went with my friends to get lunch here, we went to the drive through and the operator had told us it was fine that we had 3 separate orders, when we had got to the window they completely got our order wrong and gave us a different order from what we asked for, when we had asked about it they got upset and told us to leave and then we tried to explain what happened they told us we were wrong and that we couldn’t have 3 separate orders, however the person on the intercom stated otherwise, they then told us that we would not going to receive our third order even though we had already paid for someone else’s, we asked for a refund and we had to ask several times for our money back. Overall the workers did not explain how many orders we could have and made us pay for a meal that wasn’t ours.
