Proprietors are always very polite and friendly. Subs and wraps we order regularly are always prepared and presented as we requested without fail. Owners are nice people trying to make a go of it and I’m very thankful we have this sandwich shop right here in our little village of Frankford. when i walk in the workers aren’t even there and i have to wait for them to come to the counter. then they dirty look me and cut me off countless times, saw flies in the food and this place needs a health code check! like it’s gross

The workers here are absolutely rude and disrespectful. They sweep under your feet when you’re trying to eat your meal and they don’t say excuse me or sorry. when I tried to order a sub, there were flies laying eggs in the bacon. The workers will dirty look cute and just stare at you rudely when you’re trying to order and Will charge you extra for literally anything.

DO NOT EAT HERE Terrible subway it is the closest one to me by 40 minutes and I will still make the drive to another one the customer service is terrible they don’t accept any coupons they always close hours early and even charge you for the brown paper bags the subs are supposed to to come in terrible place
