Julie was so helpful throughout the planning process and always made herself available for calls to talk through the details, which I really appreciated as I was planning a DIY wedding, and she was full of lots of great advice. She was very patient through lots of changes as the date approached.
She worked with us to create a dessert that was both vegan and gluten free and everyone loved, and we got lots of comments that the food was great.
Apart from some minor hiccups which are to be expected, everything went smoothly on the day, grateful that Julie and her team were there to run the show!

The kitchen in the venue we had rented for the occasion was left sparkling clean and the venue manager even commented on how refreshing it was that everything was left in better condition than it was found. Yummy Mummy’s Kitchen catered an event I attended and the food was amazing! The pork tacos came with 4 types of salsa including my favourite, a rhubarb based salsa that was sweet and savoury. The deserts and appetizers were fantastic as well with a good variety. If I ever have an event in Quinte West I will be using Yummy Mummy’s Kitchen!

Yummy Mummy’s kitchen from Frankfurt Ontario, Quinte West area did not fulfill our expectations. We had a Baby shower last Sunday February 4th 2025. I trusted the food I had ordered and paid for. We got old wraps instead of roast beef sandwiches. A very small tray of egg salad sandwiches instead of chicken. A small tray of baskets with pink cream cheese I didn’t order. I had to run out to get more crackers to add to their charcuterie tray ( which was way too small for 25 guests) and I had paid $450. I also had to get salads myself . Good thing we had a cake and cookies. The tray for dessert was also too small. My order was $1300 total. I couldn’t believe the little we got. Horrible experience!

Ordered “grazing boards” (both vegan and non-vegan) for 35 people with vegan options for a 50th Wedding Anniversary.The boards looked great and the food itself tasted good, and the vegan cheeses were all house made, which is appreciated. The biggest issue, however, is price/quantity.There is nowhere near enough food for 35 people, which led us to having to hit up a grocery store to purchase additional food.The price for these two platters was $850, which works out to just over $24/person. I know food prices have been going up, and people need to make a living wage, but still this seems very expensive, but the biggest issue is the quantity. You order food for 35 people, you hope there is food for 35 people, but then you get food for maybe 20-25.I have attached two photos below so future customers can make an informed decision.
