“FIRST VISIT - FOOD WAS GREAT, STAFF WAS CONSIDERATE & FRIENDLY. VERY MUCH A "HANGOUT" VIBE THAT WE ENJOYED.“

“When ordering the same thing we always order on the weekend my boys ordered a bacon & egg Mcgriddle with sausage and for both days have gotten egg mcmuffins wrapped in a Mcgriddle wrapper and the coffee I always order was no better than black mud and just smells and tastes burnt. I've gotten food during the week and it's always good but won't be bothering on weekends if people can't get their crap together. Sad as this has happened every weekend in the last 3 months. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has a problem with them. This problem at the Gananoque McDonald's has been ongoing every weekend that I can remember. Not worth going there if you have to throw the food in the garbage as it's inedible“

“I got a Kiss sundae. The Hershey kiss was old chocolate, not appealing and I think the chocolate should have been unwrapped and put on top. I did not eat that, but the ice cream sundae was good. Prices reasonable. They have soft serve ice cream that is better than the hard scoop, IMO.“
