My life is different now. I need more of those fries. I'm nearly forty, and I've loved fries my entire life, but I've literally never had fries so perfectly cooked and delicious. Fast too!

Also, the owners were so friendly. We were parked at the ev chargers a few feet away, and I wanted a snack while we charged. I bought a hot dog combo, and when I said I want it completely plain so I can break up the hotdog for my dogs they handed me a dog treat.

Excellent food truck !!! Les frites maison sont vraiment succulentes !!! Service courtois !!

To be honest I haven't been to this specific location, Ive gone a dozen times to the one by City Hall though. It's owned by the same family so it's all the same food.

This place without a shadow of a doubt has the best poutine I've ever eaten. I'm a 350 pound Canadian man, I've eaten a lot of poutine in my life. The portions are perfect! A large costs 12 dollars, tax included, and fills me up. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed by going here.

On top of that the couple reminds me of my Grandparents, what could be better then reliving old memories with great food.

Avoid this place at all costs for a couple reasons:
1. In this day and age, it is cash only. No e-transfer, no tap, no debit, nothing. While I do understand some of these come at a cost for the business, it is just a matter of adding that transaction cost to customers willing to pay using you know, a modern method. It seems nothing was learned from COVID, where many went cashless for a health reason.
2. My 12-year old, as I had used my only $20 bill to buy a poutine and a sausage (yes, $20 as of June 2024), asked me if I had USD to grab a drink. Gave him a $20 USD bill. He came back with CAD 18 change. With the current exchange rate, that USD 20 = CAD 27. So the old gentleman charged us CAD 9 for a CAN OF SPRITE. I am sure this was the most expensive can of pop in the history of Gananoque. While I do understand he runs a business in Canada, any Canadian bank will take USD and even using the bank rate (buy rate) it would be certainly way better than his 1:1 rate. Complete ripoff if you ask me.

The food, well, nothing to write home about it. Average. But given the extremely poor business ethics/morals, I cannot recommend this place.

Food is great. Busy during the lunch hour rush but the staff does a great job of keeping on top of it. You can call your order in ahead of time too. This is a cash only location but you can get change at the gas bar next door if you buy a drink or chocolate bar.Definitely recommend ?

This is one of our stops through to Pincrest Resort. Great Fries! East to find and very friendly people.

Beware - closed Tuesdays????? Went back Wednesday and had sausage on a bun and fries. Expensive! Sausage on bun with the works was excellent. Fries left a great deal to be desired. At least 1/2 of the order was inedible end bits. They were cooked OK but missing that greasy extremely hot fries of a diner. They are OK if you are in the area and want something quick. Way better than the pizza next door or the chain across the street!
