We passed by in September. This was a road stop for us, and we were hungry so we gave it a try. The burger was juicy and the fries pretty good - not the best. The taste of oil used a lot for multiple frying was dominating - or at least I am not used to it because in Europe we throw it away after 2-3 uses max. I’ve seen complaints in reviews for the potatoes with skins - I prefer them with skins so I am canceling a bad review 😂 The service was awesome, the lady presented me the options to add on the burger so fast that I barely had time to process the information 😂 But she had such a friendly attitude that made me happy anyway. The service was also very fast.

Very salty gravy and the skins were on the fries and very chewy. Cash only and 10 for a very small poutine. When you order a poutine and they ask if you want ketchup and vinegar on it, there is your sign.

Avoid, we got food for dinner last week to bring back to hotel and my wife has been throwing up. Went back and some nasty woman from truck and some man outside just swore and said he didn't care and call health department, which we did.

My life is different now. I need more of those fries. I'm nearly forty, and I've loved fries my entire life, but I've literally never had fries so perfectly cooked and delicious. Fast too!
Also, the owners were so friendly. We were parked at the ev chargers a few feet away, and I wanted a snack while we charged. I bought a hot dog combo, and when I said I want it completely plain so I can break up the hotdog for my dogs they handed me a dog treat.

À chaque année c’est un incontournable pour nous lorsque nous sommes dans la région et plusieurs de nos amis sont tous du même avis. Allez y même si vous êtes à Kingston ça vaut vraiment la peine, ça doit être les meilleurs frites maison de l’Ontario !!!

To be honest I haven't been to this specific location, Ive gone a dozen times to the one by City Hall though. It's owned by the same family so it's all the same food.
This place without a shadow of a doubt has the best poutine I've ever eaten. I'm a 350 pound Canadian man, I've eaten a lot of poutine in my life. The portions are perfect! A large costs 12 dollars, tax included, and fills me up. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed by going here.
On top of that the couple reminds me of my Grandparents, what could be better then reliving old memories with great food.
