When ordering the same thing we always order on the weekend my boys ordered a bacon & egg Mcgriddle with sausage and for both days have gotten egg mcmuffins wrapped in a Mcgriddle wrapper and the coffee I always order was no better than black mud and just smells and tastes burnt. I've gotten food during the week and it's always good but won't be bothering on weekends if people can't get their crap together. Sad as this has happened every weekend in the last 3 months. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has a problem with them. This problem at the Gananoque McDonald's has been ongoing every weekend that I can remember. Not worth going there if you have to throw the food in the garbage as it's inedible

Ordered 3 Mc spicy veggie and we got 2 chicken. Went to the cashier and let them know that we got chicken instead of veggie, cashier just walked away and manager showed up and looked at the food and just confirmed that it’s a chicken and not even apologized just asked kitchen staff to make 2 veggie and walked away
So rude customer service !!! Not paid 30$ for this kind of service !!!

Probably the best mcdonalds in canada. I went here sometime in July and the food tasted amazing and the atmosphere was good there and also the staff was very nice and the food came quick and was warm.

Stopped in for some quick beverages on our way back home and received the friendliest service from Val at the cash. She greeted us with a smile, was incredibly kind to our friends daughter and was happy to accommodate us with extra ice for our drinks purchased at the drive threw. Thanks Val you made our day!

I know the $2 sundaes are cheap but this location has been the worst experience so far. Nit even a half cup of ice cream and got fudge was around the outside and none on top. They spilled the icream onto the outside if cardboard and disnt even offer napkins. Sounds petty kinnda but just a bad experience.
