Anybody in the Kingston area, has to take a short drive to Gananoque to taste MILANO PIZZA, it is awesome tasting. Very delicious. They also have very flavourful chicken, poutine and burgers.

I'm in ottawa was out there for Thanksgiving weekend. This Milano is by far the best I have ever tasted, from the fresh toppings to the delicious sauce.i think they should teach all the other milano's their recipe .I would drive from ottawa just to buy a pizza there.it was awesome

We tried this place for the first time a week ago after reading several very positive reviews. We ordered a Hawaiian, pineapple and ham. The quantity of toppings was good with real sizeable chunks of pineapple and nice pieces of ham. Unfortunately the crust was too thick and the pie was slightly overcooked. May give them another try if I can get a thinner crust.

By far the best pizza in the 1000 Islands area! Ordered the Milano Special for takeout. Freshly made with real mozzarella, fully loaded, and unlike most pizzas at other establishments, not sickening salty. Excellent crust. I forgot what a great pizza tastes like until I enjoyed one from Milano Pizzeria. My elderly parents, along with my husband and I, were impressed. Bravo 👏!

Stopped by with just 30 mins before closing.
The pie center was undercooked, so all the toppings fell off from the halfway mark.
The folks were nice though, allowing us to finish the meal past closing time.

Absolutely delicious pizza! Perfect crust, delectable homemade sauce and lots of toppings. Chicken looked very good and lots of people ordering it. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend it!

Have stopped here and few times on the way thru Gan. Food has always been good. However, the toliet in womens bathroom is not attached to flooring and moves (was same last august). Came in just after they opened and there were 5 tables that hadn't been cleaned from night before. This occured today.
