We were the only table in there for 20 mins, 3 more tables came in. Every other table got there food 20 mins before we did. We got our food 1 hr 40 mins after arriving and only got our first drinks and never asked if we wanted refills or anything else. Everyone at my table had to keep their coats on because it must had been 15 degrees where we were sitting. On top of that we got charged a 18% service charge for having 8 people that never got tended too. I understand tables of 8 or greater get charged this. But I feel like you're paying for a service, that we did not receive.

We were in no hurry the day we were in however, very long wait times with servers making you feel like you are inconviencing bthem. Asked for drinks just for our kids while we waited for food and the waiter gave a big sigh and brought them after another 10-15 minutes Food was at best "ok". For the price we would not go again.

Not like it used to be. Staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there, It has so much potential with gorgeous views of the water from the patio. Food is just okay but I would recommend going to have a drink on the patio and watching the sunset.

You might as well go to a comedy club instead because the service here is a joke, me and my friends actually laughed a lot after going here because of how bad it was, also the food was terrible

When we got our drinks the waitress brought my drink without a straw, my sisters drink was flavourless then when we got our food, only my food and my sister's boyfriend's food was brought at first then my sister's "curry poutine" was brought to us much later. Cold and it tasted like cheap frozen curry.. my quesadilla had no tomatoes in it. I've never had a quesadilla without tomatoes. I asked for guacamole on the side and the waitress completely forgot I ordered it. (She wasn't writing anything down and definitely should have) when we told her we weren't paying for the terrible curry poutine she got sassy with us and told us that it was not her problem it was cold and bad. We then told her were definitely not paying for the dish and want our bill. She finally took the curry poutine off the bill after us telling her we're not paying for it multiple times. Honestly the best part of the experience was the taxidermied muskies on the wall and the view from the balcony but certainly not the food or the service.

Me, my husband and my brother went here hoping for a nice night out and some decent food, they brought our drinks out with no straw in my brothers cola, my drink was a blue hawaiian and it tasted like nothing but club soda, I couldn’t smell or taste any alcohol in it, none of us could, it looked and tasted extremely watered down, once we ordered our food, we waited for 25 minutes for my brother and husbands food, the waitress forgot my brothers guac and was very rude about it, we ended up waiting another 20 minutes for me to get my food, I ordered the curry poutine and it was cold, it tasted like a watered down version of the frozen food section pc butter chicken, no flavour at all and it was neon orange, we mentioned to the waitress that it was cold and she started to get defensive, I told her honestly that it taste like frozen food and when she went to the kitchen and came back, she came back and argued with us saying its not frozen, something I strongly doubt still, she had an awful attitude and told us “Thats not my problem.” And never apologized once for the inconvenience and only made it more uncomfortable and inconvenient, she went back and forth from the kitchen to argue with us a few times and we told them we weren’t gonna pay $20 for something that tasted so awful and ended up having to have a DEBATE with the waitress about this, she was extremely rude the whole time, my brothers quesadilla was good but he didn’t get his quac and they gave it to him at the end of the meal instead of deducting it from the bill and my boyfriends bacon was practically raw on his burger, we definitely won’t be coming back here and BE WARNED TO ANYONE who wants to go here, just don’t, the nice view isn’t worth the crap, we paid over $100 for bad food and a bad experience, the prices are insane especially for the lack of quality in the food and service. They should change their name to Musty jakes instead of Musky jakes because their restaurant, service and food is absolutely musty and disgusting.
