I had ordered a big birthday cake for a 60Th birthday and had asked for a picture of a antique truck on it. They did an amazing job and the cake was the best ever. People had seconds and thirds and we were left with only 5 pieces left. I have never had cake so light and tasty. The antique truck was done in blue icing and was awesome. They did an amazing job. Would recommend Panache Bakery and Cafe 100%.

We ordered Black Forest cake. It was honestly the best I have ever tasted. Light and fresh. Not heavy and sickly sweet like so many other bakeries. We were served personally by the owner, who clearly gave great care to detail. I imagine the same quality would be present in everything else.

Panache Bakery & Café in Gananoque is an absolute delight this charming family owned bakery has the most inviting atmosphere and you can truly feel the love and care put into everything they make their sandwiches are incredible fresh flavorful and made with high quality ingredients and don’t even get me started on the baked goods every pastry and treat is perfection

Have only had their bread on several occasions and almond croissant. Would definitely go more if I lived there. Their sourdough bread is top-notch. And often comes with additional flavors. For a small place they don't have a huge variety but lots of good things so definitely worth visiting, clearly they focus on the quality over quantity. The service is friendly and you will notice there's pride in keeping the place clean. It has a very cute ambience.

Just WOW - exceptional. We were fortunate to find a place to park right in front of Panache Bakery, although we were not heading there at all. However, we considered it some sort of message from above that we were to go here (kidding) and just wow. We saw they had something called, Jalapeño Cheddar Sour Dough bread - in we went. And, although they were out of the JCSDB, they did have Smoked Onion Sour Dough Bread. There were so many other delicious looking options we "focused" and bought the bread. It is incredible and perhaps the best sour dough I have ever tasted! The service was fantastic, and although we were not planning on staying this time, we will return to sit and have a coffee and pastry in the future. There was also a very good looking selection of frozen options which I would also happily consider in the future based on the quality of the bread and the comments from others. Great to see an independent baker with such outstanding quality products. Do yourself a favour and get there even if you are just passing through. I would go out of my way en route to or from Kingston in the future!
