My absolute favourite bakery! The almond croissants are one of my favourites, and they understandably sell quickly because they're so good. The black forest cake is delicious, and we order every cake for birthdays or celebrations here. Ting made lemon elderflower cupcakes after the royal wedding years back (2018, perhaps?) and we liked them so much that we ordered our wedding cake from Panache in the same flavour a couple years later. (I have also ordered custom petit fours for a baby shower, and they looked so cute I almost didn't want to bring them!) The only thing I look forward to about the cold winters is getting an oolong tea latte or a London fog latte here and going for a walk. Ting is so friendly and kind, and I've loved the addition of Taiwanese items this year. The Taiwanese tomato beef ramen kit is a 10/10, and we always make sure we have at least one in our freezer. I think we're so lucky to have Ting and Panache in Gan.

I got the most delicious gluten free bread there!!! I had her slice it in the machine as I am not celiac. We bought some cold cuts at the Metro grocery store and made sandwiches for our lunch and I used that bread. It was so soft with a nice chewy crust! She had several gluten free pies in the freezer and I purchased gluten free cheese scones which I am looking forward to eating for breakfast!😊

I ordered the breakfast sandwich (with no meat and extra egg instead), plus an ice tea. Both were good! The sandwich was meticulously well done.

I had ordered a big birthday cake for a 60Th birthday and had asked for a picture of a antique truck on it. They did an amazing job and the cake was the best ever. People had seconds and thirds and we were left with only 5 pieces left. I have never had cake so light and tasty. The antique truck was done in blue icing and was awesome. They did an amazing job. Would recommend Panache Bakery and Cafe 100%.

We ordered Black Forest cake. It was honestly the best I have ever tasted. Light and fresh. Not heavy and sickly sweet like so many other bakeries. We were served personally by the owner, who clearly gave great care to detail. I imagine the same quality would be present in everything else.

Went in today to buy an Apple Pie and visible mould on top which was a big no no and a hard pass on the purchase plus frankly anything else if they didn’t see that on their shelf. I mean how old was the pie ?

Have only had their bread on several occasions and almond croissant. Would definitely go more if I lived there. Their sourdough bread is top-notch. And often comes with additional flavors. For a small place they don't have a huge variety but lots of good things so definitely worth visiting, clearly they focus on the quality over quantity. The service is friendly and you will notice there's pride in keeping the place clean. It has a very cute ambience.

Panache Bakery & Café in Gananoque is an absolute delight this charming family owned bakery has the most inviting atmosphere and you can truly feel the love and care put into everything they make their sandwiches are incredible fresh flavorful and made with high quality ingredients and don’t even get me started on the baked goods every pastry and treat is perfection
