Have been a long time customer of this business and never had a complaint about the food until today. As a plant based eater it is difficult to find a nice meal in a restaurant. Today there was meat at the bottom of my bowl of veggie pho with veggie broth. Linda (owner) was adamant it was tofu when clearly it was meat - the stringy texture and taste gave it away. No adjustment to the bill and no apology.

finally had the pleasure of trying their brockville location. I honestly dont understand the negative reviews by others towards service and wait time. my partner got the house pho and loved it and I got the mussels with black bean sauce... new zealand mussels, fresh and fantastic presentation. best mussels i've had! I'm from the east coast and have eaten what i thought was the best. i assume the owner/cook was the one to come inqu
ire about my meal and explain where the mussels were sourced. service was exceptional, fast and most importantly friendly. fantastic new eatery for brockville and will certainly return.

Garbage. Disgusting. This was hands down the worst pho experience I’ve ever had. The place smelled off the moment we walked in, and when the food arrived, it looked and tasted so bad we couldn’t even take more than a bite. Within five minutes, we decided to leave without eating—it was that unappetizing. If you’re craving pho, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Prices seemed high, but was willing to try, went 35 minutes before closing and they refused seating.

Tasted good but but very few noodles for 22.50
The pineapple fried rice with chicken was huge and fed two of us with leftovers. The atmosphere is great.

Just had a family lunch ordered fried and cold rolls. Peanut sauce was really nice. Two of us had vermicelli and also ordered the wonton soup. We cleaned our bowls. Yum

Worst Thai food I have ever had. I took a person who had never experienced Thai food and I’m sure they will never try it again. The pad Thai was soaked in oil and there was absolutely no flavour. The vegetables were soggy and tasteless. Overall I would rate it minus 10. They will never stay in business with this poor quality of food. Stay away.

Unfortunately I have to agree with most the reviews - the food is disappointing- the service was really good so was the ambiance -nice music so some improvement
How can you screw up green curry ? It was tasteless but lots of vegetables and chicken- I was not a fan of the peanut dipping sauce for shrimp rolls - by the way the rolls where totally lacking as well
The weak link is the cook - does he taste his food ? And the grilled chicken was just not good - way to much money for what you get
The presentation is good - maybe they should pare down the menu and do a few things really good then what they have now a lot of options but what we had terribly disappointed in flavor and texture and quality
Pho is overpriced. Not recommended to order the shrimp on sugar cane as they grounded the shrimp with something else. But the owner gave us a free dessert. The place is big. Good for gathering with friends.
