I was blown away by the coziness of the café, all warm woods and calm, yellow lighting. The furniture absorbs the bulk of the typical noise in cafés, making it very pleasant to lose yourself in your thoughts or enjoy a nice calm cup of coffee without all the overwhelm.
The latte I got was smooth and hot, probably the best one I've had the pleasure of drinking thus far. Just a simple vanilla latte with oat milk, but they've somehow managed to take something simple and make it great.
I got a grilled cheese, as well, listed as using Canadian cheddar. It's very clearly fresh Québequois cheddar, and while it's not to my taste in a grilled cheese, I know a few people who would go ham for it. The sourdough was crispy and grilled perfectly, a very satisfying crunch.
All in all, especially given how friendly and inviting the person serving me was, I am guaranteed to go back. I'm glad I chose the Pistachio Café over buying yet another energy drink, the experience was worth tens of them.
Think I'm being dramatic? Try it yourself, see how quaint and cute it actually is with your own eyes. Trusttttt, I would not take this much time to write a Google review for I place I felt bad or neutrally about.

My plan was to go to Tully's for breakfast but unfortunately they were closed so I ended up here. Certainly glad I did. The breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious and so was the coffee. The gentleman serving me was super friendly too. I definitely will be back here soon. Thank you!

What a lovely little gem of a place, with hip and colourful artwork surrounding the comfy couches and window nooks. Our most delicious lunch offered bright pops of flavour and freshness with each item: the unctuous flavour of our tomato soup, the sharp tang of cheddar in a perfectly grilled sandwich, and the pleasing variety of wholesome ingredients in my breakfast burrito. Paired with an aromatic chai tea and a robust Americano, this was the perfect meal to warm us up. The service was fun, warm, friendly and spot-on. Thank you!

Charming little cafe that also sells gifts. They had gluten free options (soup) that was delicious and a gluten free pecan pie bar. They had gelato which was all gluten free and several flavors that were also dairy free...so yummy!

We had iced latte, a sweet pastry and ice cream. Everything was so delicious! We have been eating in their nice patio. For coffee they offer oat and almond milk, without charging anything in addition. They had four to five different sweets, everything handmade and clearly labeled. For ice cream they had different fruit sorbets, as well as pumpkin spice, chocolate cherry and apple spice.
Great Coffee and Food, Amazing Atmosphere. This is not a generic cafe but a wonderful place full of whimsy in a picturesque location of Gananoque, ON.
They offer wonderful baked goods, soup and sandwiches, GELATO and more!
I just wish I lived closer so I could visit all the time!

We stopped by Pistachio Café in Gananoque after lunch for coffee and dessert, and it was a very satisfying experience. Some of us had double espressos, while others tried the chocolate and pistachio ice cream — everything was good, but the ice cream was definitely the highlight.
The café has a spacious outdoor area that’s perfect for relaxing, and the interior is stylish and inviting. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a quality coffee or a sweet treat while in town. Definitely recommended!

Very friendly service. The vegan chili was delicious. Like the soups, it is available in two sizes. Coffee specialties are served with either oat or almond milk. The menu offers a variety of plant-based dishes, incl. breakfast and desserts, and they are clearly labeled as vegan and/or gluten-free.
Spent a few days in the area, visited twice for a selection of treats. All amazing.
Lemon squares so far have been out favorite. Very cute spot, great atmosphere, friendly staff and clean.
