One of the few subway places we have visited where the server wrapped the sub so neatly so that nothing spilled out of the sandwich.

The place is very friendly and being one of the only two fast food chain store in the town they have maintained it pretty well!
Vegetarian options: The staff is great and will help you pick out even the sauces which a lot of subways don't do anymore.
Dietary restrictions: They were kind in helping my friend who has allergies and prepared his sub separately to ensure there was no cross contamination.

I was waiting in line and a new Canadian came in behind me they started serving him first,then I got my cold cut and the bread was hard then ate in the dinning area was very dirty,went to get diet Pepsi it had c02 it was watery very bad experience first and last time eating here
Went to restaurant girl behind counter looked unhappy when we came in at 917 at night. After getting 2 subs and a pop went to sit down and was informed the dining room was closed. 3 customers came in after and 1 was sitting in dining room unsure why we were not allowed ate in parking lot. Long day of travelling just wanted to sit and eat our subs. Big disappointment at the subway on King and Charles St in Gananogue !!!'n

Absolutely horrendous service in this restaurant. I had ordered food through the app and it took them 30 minutes before they even started making it and I had to wait in the restaurant for an additional 10 to 15 minutes because they hadn't started. They then rushed the making of the subs and when I got home I noticed that they screwed up the instructions and the subs were poorly made. Stay away from this place at all costs. I also saw them something on the floor pick it up and put it on the counter where all the other food sits so who knows what else goes on in this building.
