I go-to this location often, about once or twice a week. I always order an ice coffee with no sugar and LESS cream. I've had to had my ice coffee remade a few times because there is one lady who always makes my coffee with way to much cream (it's almost cream with a splash of coffee). This same lady will say 'thank you have a good day' at the window when I give her cash at the window. I sit there until she gives me my change and as she does she always is rude. I understand how difficult customer service is, I also work in the industry (a restaurant), if your customer says there order is made wrong, don't question it and just remake the order without complaints AND do not assume a tip for a $2.95 coffee. 3 stars because most of the staff are wonderful and my order is right 6/10 times.

Flies all over donuts and timbits. When told the staff, they were rude and gave reason that door opens and they come in.

Everything was good, as you come to expect from Tim Hortons. I ordered the pumpkin spice latte and the syrup always seems to solidify (make chunky bits) at the bottom of the regardless of how fast/slow you drink it.
Also, I really wish they would bring back pumpkin spice tea. Was hoping to buy some boxes of those but was left disappointed.

Change my ratings from 5 stars to 1. Maybe the staff changed. The well built guy with a salt and pepper beard is so rude to people. He was screaming and yelling at people for no reason.

Placed two complicated mobile orders in recent days, during busy times, and both were filled quickly and correctly by competent and friendly staff. Food was fresh and yummy. This outlet is terrific.
