Ain't as bad as Tyler, Matti and Caitlyn say it is.....I'd say it was bad bout 2 or 3 years ago but in the last year they've improved greatly in terms of time and service.

I NEVER write reviews so here it goes. This place is so consistently inconsistent it's shocking. A dbl dbl will be completely different made back to back. And you'll wait 15 minutes to get the wrong order. The staff are always arguing loudly with eachother too. Feels like highschool againJust go to the next one 4km up the road.

Went out for lunch with my friend. Nine people working in this restaurant and it took us 15 minutes to get our meal. First of all the person working the cash did not understand what we wanted. We had to keep repeating everything. Could not understand that we wanted coffee. He kept asking us if we wanted iced coffee. Finally rang our order in. Waited about 6 minutes for one of the workers to tell us that there was not more broccoli soup. Told that person that we wanted chili and chicken noodle soup. There was only one person preparing the meals. Three as the cash, three at the drive through and a few more at the back. People in the drive through get must faster and better service than the people eating in. I guess next time, we will order at the drive through and proceed to go into the restaurant to eat. Will never go back to this Tim Horton's. Horrible experience.

Went into this location on a Sunday morning. Not only was it not busy at all, the inside was squeaky clean. Was greeted with kindness as soon as I walked in. I ordered breakfast and it was served fast, fresh and correct. Definitely the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to!

Absolutely, let's dive into this. Tim Hortons in Garson, well, it's like they've redefined the term "slow service." A trip to this establishment feels more like a visit to a snail sanctuary rather than a coffee shop. You'd expect some level of efficiency, but no, not here. It's as if time stands still. Waiting in line feels like an eternity, and don't even get me started on the drive-thru; it's a black hole where minutes turn into hours. Now, let's talk about the accuracy of their orders – or should I say, the lack of it. If you have a special request or dietary preference, you might as well prepare to be disappointed. Tim Hortons in Garson seems to have a magical talent for getting every order wrong. It's like they play a secret game of "guess the customer's order" behind the counter. You ask for a black coffee, and they hand you a double-double with extra cream. You request a plain bagel, and they serve up a cinnamon raisin monstrosity. It's like a lottery where you're guaranteed to lose. All in all, Tim Hortons in Garson might just hold the record for the slowest service and the worst order accuracy in the history of fast-food establishments. If you're looking for a swift caffeine fix or a reliably accurate breakfast, this place will make you question your life choices. The frustration of waiting in line and then discovering your order is completely wrong is enough to make anyone think twice about returning. It's a real challenge to find any redeeming qualities in this experience, but if you're a fan of patience-testing adventures and culinary surprises, you've found your haven.

If you want to go to a Tim Hortons where you can wait twenty minutes for them to serve the one person in front of you, then wait another ten for them to make your order, only for it to be wrong, have I got the spot for you. Given two stars because occassionally, accidentally, they get an order right.

Was ok, but got half our order wrong. But I think the Garson Tim's speaker needs some repairs. Was a "heard wrong" error, not a staff error....they were nice.

This Tim Horton on Levesque and Kingsway, had flies allover the doughnuts and begals. Tables and chairs were dirty, and window sills were so dusty. The restaurant was filled with smoke with whatever the staff was doing. Usually this is a clean restaurant but not sure why it was filthy today.
