Went out for lunch with my friend. Nine people working in this restaurant and it took us 15 minutes to get our meal. First of all the person working the cash did not understand what we wanted. We had to keep repeating everything. Could not understand that we wanted coffee. He kept asking us if we wanted iced coffee. Finally rang our order in. Went into this location on a Sunday morning. Not only was it not busy at all, the inside was squeaky clean. Was greeted with kindness as soon as I walked in. I ordered breakfast and it was served fast, fresh and correct. Definitely the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to!
