So I usually come to AW often. Staff and food, at least usually. But today I was thoroughly disappointed. I ask for 2 Chipotle Wraps w/ Easy Lettuce and Extra Chipotle. (Every AW loads up on lettuce so I always ask for less) so today I got Chicken Wraps LOADED with lettuce and regular Chipotle. Asked to have new wraps because of the Chipotle amount (I would've pulled the lettuce off if that wasn't the issue) the bottom of one of the Wraps looked like it was ripped right off too. The woman said not a problem which was great. HOWEVER!!! The end result is what's in the pics. Easy lettuce, great. But NO CHIPOTLE AT ALL ON ANY OF THEM! Went back to have it done right. Instead they just gave me Chipotle cups silently saying "you'll just come back because they'll get it wrong so here, add it yourself" I was VERY disappointed with that..Now it wasn't all doom and gloom, the rings are big and seasoned nicely and were crispy so that I loved. But I'm not paying $15 for just rings and a drink. If a customer comes to you, you got to do your best to make it right for them when it comes to fulfilling what they ordered... 2/5 was appropriate for this experience.I will come back and give them a try, but if I have another experience like this 2nd time around, i won't come back again. I apologize for this

Visiting this location has definitely put an end to our A&W days. I ordered a chubby chicken sandwich, nothing chubby about it that's for sure. ( I wish I had pictures ). My wife ordered the chicken BLT, it came sans the tomato. Come on people it's a simple sandwich. The best part about our lunch was leaving. No wonder we were the only ones there at lunch time.

Barely had time to sit down before my food was ready. A&W fare isn't all that remarkable but the burgers here are the best a nationwide chain can offer in Georgetown (not counting the gourmet places like Harvey's).The place is clad in the same modern eco-retro branding that most chains (like Starbucks) have adopted in recent years, but it's a lot more tactful and suits the chain's image a lot better compared to other chains.All that said, the location is wanting. Unless you're going to the hardware stores or PetSmart nearby, visiting this gem is going to be a special trip or detour, and I won't go so far as to suggest it should be given either of those stars.Also the drink fountain has a tea option that's surprisingly good for what tastes like cold orange pekoe.
Parking: It has enough spots to fill the restaurant if each visitor came alone by car. Which is to say nothing of it being located on the corner of a massive lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a single accessible spot right next to a ramp on the side of the building.
I have to warn you if you want to get your food in drive thru, they will make you wait up to 10 mins. I have never gone there and not had to park my car and wait very long. It defeats the purpose of a drive thru and the concept of fast food. I would avoid this location unless you have time to kill.

Except for PUNEET, the personnel here are pleasant. She lacks the skills necessary to perform her job obligations. She lacks customer satisfaction training. She always has a bad attitude towards others. I believe she dislikes her current position. I will advise everyone to avoid going there while she is there if they don't want to ruin their day. Finding this is a little challenging but I advise the managment to post her schedule outside the eatery so that we are aware of it .

Had coupon for breakfast combo for 2 for $9.99. Went through drive thru, told employee I had the coupon and placed my order. Got to window to pay, told order was $21.20. Handed my coupon, order $14.00. Asked to park out front. Employee brought bag out, had to ask for my 2 beverages. Got home and was missing 2 hashbrowns. No napkins. Phoned restaurant, have to return to get them another day. Poor service.

I ordered 4 burger. they tasted like they were cooked in old oil u could clearly taste the sour taste of old oil in it. And they were not even cooked properly from inside just worst burger ever.
