Great place, they know how to treat their customers, I've had to only ordered like 4 or 5 times from here and they already recognize my order and extra requests and have it ready even before I go to pickup at the store!

I have been to other location and this is the worst. Burgers weren't put together with the toppings it should have. Definity not the quality advertised. i didnt even want to give one star but system forces you. Just terrible.

Very poor service. Actually the staff were very rude. I was the only customer except a table of 3 Uber drivers who picked up their deliveries and then sat together with iced drinks having a laugh and a chat. Staff pointed to the order till rather than the pick up area. I explained I was reading the menu on the wall which was not visible from the order till. Meals were expensive. Burgers were badly put together so they fell apart in their bags. Fries cold and over cooked. Not a good experience and I won't be returning

I ordered just a Nashville chicken sandwich through the drive through and specifically said no to a combo and then when I got to the window they charged me for a combo despite me just ordering the sandwich. I'm incredibly upset by the lack of listening skills when I was very clear in what I wanted. Go anywhere else, this place hires incompetent staff

Georgetown ontario is the worst case store ever.. untidy poor customer service.. went to get a drink and they had no regular cups so tried to use 2 smalls . Should be ashamed
Was given 4 onion rings for my order. 4? 😆. Also, my uncle burger was overcooked to a hockey puck level. We didn't get any of the dipping sauces we ordered. And we could hardly understand the cashier. The restaurant was at least pretty clean so ill give extra stars for atmosphere

The worst service I see lady at the kitchen not wearing gloves and she gave me bacon in the burger when I asked for no bacon. I had to drive back 15 mins to get my money back. It is sad that these employees are not fully trained
