The diner is definitely recommended.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful, service was great. The food was delicious both my husband and I enjoyed every bite.
The music from the jukebox was quite pleasant.
Plenty of parking available.

Food was mediocre. I had the smoked meat sandwich which was fine but the Cole slaw had a weird taste and was inedible. Prices are reasonable. Server was friendly and prompt.

I have never been at this place, but just a phone call made me realize that how worse this place is. I saw an add on indeed for breakfast chef, so i call in to talk to a manager or supervisor. The girl who answered my call was really rude. So she was like nobody is available and she can take my message for the supervisor. I explained everything to her and she was like, we are really busy with the breakfast and don’t call in for the job, blah blah blah….excuse me, if you were that busy, why the hell, you asked me for the message to give it to you. Thank god, didn’t waste my time to apply for a job at this place. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF .

Smells musky in the restaurant and is dark. Food is OK but the Orangeville location is way better. Fries are frozen and the gravy is lumpy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but not sure how they are still in business.

Quite a spacious diner with all booth-seating that offer comfort during your dining experience. I can't say food was all that great and feel that they could try a little more (e.g., Mexican omelette had salsa stuffed inside and actually quite disturbing in an omelette with the sauce oozing out, and the home fries were boring). Staff was efficient with the basics.

Iconic place, great brekkie options at decent prices. Love their home fries and coffee.

Vegetarian options: Lots of options that do not automatically come with meat which is sometimes hard to find at breakfast spots.

Came here for an early breakfast on a Sunday morning. Service was decent, a little slow. I ordered the eggs benny with smoked salmon. I’m typically picky with the hollandaise sauce, so I asked for it on the side. I didn’t know how it would taste since it was my first time here. First off, the potatoes were tasteless and dry. I asked for medium poached eggs, but they were closer to well done. The hollandaise wasn’t my favourite, no flavour either. The fruits were good, some strawberries looked a bit old and had soft brown spots. Definitely not my favourite smoked salmon eggs benny experience.
