I am very saddened to be writing this review, but i unfortunately am not sure if I will be back anytime soon. Came here a few weeks back with my parents and grandparents for lunch. To preface, this used to be our favourite restaurant in town! We used to come every Saturday for dinner before going to see the raiders games.
The biggest positive to this day is the service. Not once have we even had bad service coming here. The waiters are all so friendly, and go out of your way to make you feel happy and have a great experience.
Now, for the negatives. The biggest for my family and I is the hours. They used to be open so much later, but not close at 3pm every day of the week. As we do not eat dinner until 5-5:30, this limits when we can come in and eat. The next two were based off of our visit from a few weeks back. The food was hit and miss. My grandmother and father ordered the smoked meat and the sandwich was piled high, but I ordered the chicken tenders and got tenders that were bland, tasteless and barely larger than my pinky, along very few fries. A stark difference from what I used to get… Next was the bathrooms, at least the male one. It was absolutely DISGUSTING and looked like it had not been cleaned in a hot minute. That alone would ruin the experience for most.
It’s a shame to see a restaurant from my childhood going down this path. I have some genuinely awesome memories of this restaurant from the 2010s. It’s great to see this restaurant still buzzing with the older clientele, especially for breakfast, but I hope in the future the owners consider reopening for dinner, perhaps at least on weekends, for some of the younger folk in town!

Was really disappointed with my experience at this location. I came because my family always raves about it, but the food was cold and hard tasted like it had been sitting for an hour. The staff seemed rushed and the place looked understaffed, which made the service feel chaotic. It’s also not fair for the employers to put that kind of pressure on their workers. Overall, not the experience I expected. And the server was very passive aggressive.
