I visited yesterday and was extremely disappointed with SIMRAN’S behavior. She was very rude and completely lacked basic courtesy when speaking to a customer. When I asked her to be more polite, she replied, “This is my way of talking, and I’ll talk like this.” I reminded her that respecting customers is important, but she showed no concern at all. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t think I’ll return, and I’ll definitely inform my friends and family to be cautious when dealing with her.

Simran, the girl at the counter, was rude, rushing us, and didn’t even know the ice cream names. When we said, “If your attitude is this bad, we’ll leave a review,” she snapped back, “Go to the google page” That says it all — zero customer service, no respect, and clearly no interest in the business. Just look at the other reviews — same complaints over and over. Very disappointing.

Instead of apologizing, she said, “write whatever you want on our review.” This kind of behavior makes customers uncomfortable and discourages them from coming back. I have gone to this location forever because I live by it but my favourite flavour that I would get EVERY time was “moms making cookies” and I went today and ordered it and she told me it was discontinued so I was very disappointed and then I tried to get “cookie dough” and they didn’t have it or many other flavours 😭

Idk what these girls working here has problem with me or they do it with everybody , after 9:30 they didn’t even served me the icecream like this happend to me 8 or 9th time , today i called at the store that can you guys serve me the ice cream or no she said yea its 9:41 yes , when i came in she was like sorry we dont have anything left , like come on guys if you dont wanna be here do some other job why are you making someone feel bad? The store timing says it till 10:00 PM and why dont you wanna work after 9:30 ? i would never come to this location the worst staff working here full of attitude
Servers are extremely rude, I rather drive longer to go to the farther location than PAY for half a dessert (they are always out of everything) and be treated like an inconvenience. Hopefully they’ll do something about their staff eventually because it’s honestly really sad.

Worst customer service i have gotten in my life. The girl Simran works in the evening was very rude and she knows how to ruin someone’s day. Also this was 2nd time it happened with the same employee.She has charged me twice because their machine didn’t print receipt. So had to go back again to get my money back. She didn’t even apologized once as this was totally their fault. I’m not sure if she isn’t happy with her job or not getting enough pay. Also not sure why owner isn’t paying attention to this.
