I visited today with my family for first time around 7:50 pm but the girl was so disinterested who was taking orders and even she was using airpod and talking over phone .no greetings no smile. This was my first time to this store i was deciding flavours for me and my family but that girl was in hurry i don’t know why even there were no other customers waiting behind us ?? So disrespectful Management should trained the staff how to treat customers with patience I also attached my recpeit

I’ll start by saying the owner is a lovely man, however the girls that work in the evening are horribly rude & make you feel like you’re putting them out as soon as you walk in the store. My husband decided to order anyways, a hot fudge sundae. His ice cream had 2 tiny drizzles of sauce & was told they were out of peanuts but was still charged $12.
Really enjoyed my experience here tonight!! Customer service was amazing!! Two girls working on August 3rd were outstanding!! I will return soon.

Came in this evening and was treated horribly by staff. The staff member with curly hair seemed frustrated and agitated with my presence. She was rude and very blunt in her responses to me like I was causing her such an inconvenience. I felt extremly unwelcome and unwanted in this establishment. I hope staff will do better in terms of customer satisfaction.

This location is dirty (floors are sticky and garbage is all over). Younger women working there were rude and seemed to hate their jobs very much. Ice cream did not seem to be cold enough and itstarted melting very quickly to the point where I had to throw out my cone before I could finish it.....oh and they were out of 3 different kinds of ice cream that I tried to order. It's obvious nobody really cares much at this location.

The young causcasian lady who works here in the evening today is extremely rude. She does not greet customers. Her body language makes you feel uncomfortable. Her customer service is always unpleasant. Work on your staffing. Her behavior is unnecessary for someone who is working in a ice cream shop!
