The one and only! Superb freshly ground beans make for extremely flavourful cappuccinos with the best crema. Oat milk was perfect. Founder owner Rob clearly takes pride in his coffee roasting (offside in nearby Acton) and brewing. It is a cute mall shop with an Italian style stand-up bar and a side seating area. Having a chat about England was an unexpected treat. Recommended.

They genuinely have the freshest ingredients. I’ve never had coffee taste refreshing til I went here and the matcha is addictive. The quality of the drinks entirely depend on the barista though and I have to say, Victoria is the best!! If it’s not her making my coffee, I won’t grab it! The other girls are amazing as well but a little bit less experienced and skilled with lattes.Victoria is also the kindest and most willing to chat with you, ask about your day, make you feel comfortable, and overall the most welcoming and inviting barista. She knows how to make the BEST matcha. She’s mine and my family and friends’ reason for coming back to Black Creek so often.

I was in the area for work purposes and decided to try the local cafeGinny (I m sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly) was the barista. She made an amazing flat white for me. I found her focus in pulling the perfect espresso shot admirable.

Worst matcha latte ever. I can’t believe I paid $8 for an unmixed clumpy iced latte made with the thick oat milk. It taste like grass and oatmeal. (I love match usually but I can make a better one at home) ps. They charge $1.90 for 1 small cup cups of

I’m writing this review to the attention of the owner/manager of this espresso bar:When I saw you were opening your business in Georgetown, I was excited to try out your lattes. However, from the first time I went, the service by your workers has been hit and miss. The one worker that I have found the most unfriendly is a female with short blonde hair (I notice I’m not the first person to complain about her on Google). The first time she serviced me, her attitude was dry and unfriendly, and she kept a scowl on the whole time. When I asked for my latte to be customized with one shot, she flatly refused saying that your espresso machines can only make two shots or nothing. I find it very odd that a business that promotes itself as an espresso bar has shot restrictions. Even with the poor service, I bought the drink. The next few times I went to your business, the unfriendly worker was not there so I tried again to ask for my custom drink and these other workers didn’t even flinch. They smiled, nodded their heads, and took my orders. When I went another time, the same rude worker was there and when I asked for my custom drink, again she pushed back (with the scowl still in place). I then pointed out that other baristas have been able to customize my drink so why was it different this time. She heaved a sigh and agreed to make the drink. Today was my last attempt to bring you my business because once again, I got pushback when asking for my custom drink, this time by a different worker altogether, a young blonde girl who was wearing a white hat. I also pointed out that other baristas have made my drink by just adding less espresso. Her reply was the same as the rude worker’s reply: “our machines can only make two shots so we don’t do that here but I’ll make your drink this time”. This reply is very condescending and a deterrent to return, because it implies I have to catch them in the right mood to get a drink. If I went back “next time”, they would turn away business and refuse to make the drink??Why do some of your workers provide friendly service and these two workers push customers away with their attitude? Are they directed to refuse custom drinks because at all costs they should not waste espresso? What if I asked them to add less espresso to my drink and then I take the excess espresso in a separate cup, which I will then take home and do with it as I please? I simply don’t understand why some of your workers can accommodate and others can’t.If you hired more workers that weren’t like these two rude persons I would gladly come back, but as it stands, it seems they’re promoting your business model as “we provide drinks as is, take it or leave it”.

As a bit of a coffee snob, I can officially say that this cafe does coffee right. If you are looking for the Starbucks dark roast stay away, this coffee actually has flavour profiles other than burnt beans. Also, if you are into making your own espresso/pour over at home, their beans are comparable to Pilot and other bigger brands.

My wife and I start our weekend with plans to visit Black Creek Coffee. Most of the Baristas are super friendly and help to customize the drink. We love your vanilla latte…extra hot ?.

I asked for a large coffee at 4:40pm on a Friday but they don't make coffee after 4:30. Something about drip coffee isn't served after 4:30. Strange for a coffee place. Not sure what I'm missing. Must be a secret club!

Their coffee is always a good idea! It’s consistently yummy and kicks your caffeine cravings! They don’t serve food; more so some sweet bites and treats. Since I’ve never had one, I can’t really comment or rate it.Only downside is that they don’t have a standalone cafe. This espresso bar is inside Georgetown Mall. Its location doesn’t seem like it gets the traffic it deserves!
