Today i visited the store and one girl was working alone and it was super busy still she managed to serve my order quickly. I asked for her name it was prachi. Thanks prachi for your welcoming nature and outstanding service

absolutely disgusting, stinks like body odour. Go take a shower. It was so unappealing didn't even bother ordering. wont be coming back to this location.
After receiving three emails about a “free” birthday smoothie, I came to this location to redeem it. They saw the emails, but because there is some issue with the app, so they couldn’t scan a barcode they wouldn’t redeem the offer for me.
They told me to call head office as the offer is theirs and not at the franchise level. Which I get, but from a customer service perspective would you not just redeem the offer for the customer who came in to your store with promise of a free smoothie. The two employees even called the owner who clearly didn’t advise them to do anything for me.
Wont be back to this location.

They have a promotion for a student discount. I am a college student. Apparently the discount is only for highschool students even though there is no indication of that restriction. They also never ask what kind of booster you want with your smoothie and I often forget to tell them. Unfortunate, as that is the main gimmick of booster juice.
