I was in to grab a quick lunch to go and it was very busy with high-school lunch time. The ladies running the cash and the ladies cooking worked like a well oiled machine. My order was pretty quick and well made. A shout out to the staff.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Dairy Queen. They bring your food to you, it’s always on time, always super fresh and warm. Food is amazing. The day crew are especially the best as they always provide the best service and quality. My friend spends probably $30-40 per week here on food because it is so good. Highly recommend
Why would you be rude to delivery drivers. If you need more time just take your time. I didn’t ask you to rush. You are getting mad at me because I arrived early for pickup. Ridiculous!
Never ever had any issues at this place before, not sure what’s wrong today! It’s disrespectful when you are yelling and arguing with us, even when there’s literally nothing wrong that I did!

Service was quick and pleasent, however when I went to eat my burger, it was cold on the inside, the meat was not cooked nearly enough. I usually enjoy this location, but today they were off their game. I called but no answer I left a voicemail hopefully they will call back.

I’m absolutely furious. This is the second time that I have attempted to order from the Georgetown location and both times they have missed my pretzel sticks in my order. Every single time. I should not have to stand in the store and rip open my order to make sure that EVERYTHING I ordered is in there. On top of the constant missing items the customer service is terrible, someone the employee knew walked in and the employee helping me immediately walked away from me. I’m finished with this location I’ll be driving the extra 10 minutes to Milton I guess cause this is ridiculous I’m being robbed of money ever damn time.

Ordered a two meals both had bacon on the sandwiches. Both Sandwiches had uncooked and cold to the touch bacon on it. Disgusting to say the least. Waste of money, and time. Took them nearly 20 minutes to make all that. The fries sat in the window for 15 of those 20 minutes. Staff is rude, place is incredibly dirty. I wont be going back, not even for Ice cream. 0/10 would not recommend.
