Once upon a time, this place served burgers so juicy you'd think they'd made a deal with the BBQ gods. Now? The burger itself was drier than my sense of humor, and even my taste buds were asking if there was a return policy. And the onion rings! Remember when they used to be golden, crispy goodness? Now they’re as exciting as a pile of rocks. But I’m sure that pile of rocks have more flavour.
If you’re into disappointment and burgers that double as workout equipment for your jaw, this is your place!

We have been going to the Grind since they opened. The service was a bit better then usually. They usually focus more on the Urber eats orders then their "dine in" customers. The wait this time was reasonable for a fresh burger made to order. I was surprised that the size of fries that comes with the combo is now half the size as is used to be. Same price but way smaller. I think the burger is also smaller then in the past. They advertise 6 oz but that is questionable. The music is so load you can't even talk if you dine in. Friendly staff though.

If you want to go cheap and fast with a bad experience MacDonalds is across the road. If you are looking for a good burger and a great meal the grind is your spot. Pricey...yes but mmmmm, good food. I had the steak on a bun and it was cooked to perfection...like it came off my own grill. Staff was patient and courteous.

I recently visited restaurant and was extremely disappointed with both the service and the food. I ordered a poutine, expecting a classic dish, but what I received was more like gravy soup. They drowned the fries in so much gravy that it turned into a soggy mess. Not only that, but the gravy was overwhelmingly way too salty, making it almost inedible.
When I politely asked if they could either add more fries or remake the dish, I was told that the portion was standard and that's just the way they make it. They made no effort to do anything about it or improve my experience.
So I went back to dump
The last inedible third of my gravy stew in the garbage.
Overall -10/10
Save your money.

The Burger itself was dry and the toppings were very minimal. The fries very dry and not salted. Even a nestea in the can tasted like it was left there sitting for years. Overall very disappointed.
