Great Coffee. I tried it here with Bluberry muffin. Both were really fresh and delicious.

Ordered a sandwich platter for Mother’s Day brunch. It was costly - over $100.00 for a small tray. Very disappointed. The egg salad and salmon were nicely done but the roast beef as well as the ham sandwiches were pathetic. The ham had one slice of ham and one slice of cheddar cheese! I was embarrassed to bring it. I am
not sure how old the bread was that they used - but they were dry and inedible in no time. When we realized this - we threw them out. I have always been a huge fan of Heathers Bakery, but ownership has changed and I won’t be back

Heather’s Bakery is an adorable little spot in Georgetown that’s definitely worth visiting. They offer a great variety of homemade goods, like cookies that aren’t overly sweet — just the perfect homemade taste that feels authentic and delicious. The peanut butter cookies and the Florentine were both fantastic.

There’s also a nice selection of pies, quiches, and even fresh pizza dough available. Plus, they offer plenty of cakes, fresh sandwiches, and wraps at very affordable prices. The drink menu is also quite extensive.

Although no pictures were taken of the food, everything was fresh and delicious. If you’re visiting Georgetown, make sure to stop by this charming bakery — and the quaint street it’s located on adds even more to its charm!

Had a horrible experience. Ordered a red velvet cake and found the taste very weird, and to my shock, there was mold growth inside the cake and the icing.

I have never been to this place before and I will NEVER be going back. I ordered two cakes totaling $142.65 - One large rectangular birthday cake and another round cheesecake. I arrived for a scheduled pick up of the cakes at 11AM and I was told the cakes were not ready. I had to wait an additional hour for them to finish the cakes. They brought out the rectangular cake first and my jaw dropped. The cake was broken and they tried to cover it up with an obscene amount of icing. I was embarrassed to serve this at the birthday party, but I did not have a choice at this point seeing as how I was already late. The sweet and understanding lady behind the cash did give me back $20 for that take. However, the situation went from bad to worse when they brought out the cheesecake which looked like someone had thrown up all over it. I asked for a strawberry cheesecake. They wrote “Happy Birthday” in orange icing on top of the strawberry mash and by time I got home, it looked like the picture. Completely ruined. They did provide me a complete refund for this cake approximately $35. The next day, I called to speak to a manager because on the previous day, I was told that there was not one available. The manager told me they would relay my situation to the store owner who would give me a call. However, this never happened. Three weeks later, I called the store for the 4th time. Alas, the store owner, Amid, got on the phone and completely disregarded everything I was saying. He kept speaking over me and interrupting me. It was clear he lacked basic human dignity and had no intention for taking accountability for the situation. This was my first and last time ordering anything from this place. I highly recommend you save yourself the disappointment and avoid it as well.

I grew up with trips to Heather’s with my grandma & since she’s passed, I’ve continued to go here in memory of her. This place is such a gem & has amazing prices. I got a tea & a rice crispy treat for a little over $5. The staff here that took over from the old owners are very kind as well. The old owners were amazing I will say though, I grew up with them knowing me & my family because my grandma went here every morning. Now it’s a lived on legacy to go here in memory of my grandma & I still can’t complain!🫶🏼

Brought some back for the office and they loved it! The cinnamon buns were quotes as having "a symphony of flavours".

Heather's has unfortunately changed! Reduced stock when I recently visited, my favourite triple chocolate cookie is now much, much thinner with fewer chunks of chocolate. No longer sell certain products that are long enjoyed (almond Florentine, ginger bread men). Prices have gone up drastically - $11 for 3 cookies. Not the same place sadly and no longer my go to spot in town for an affordable, dependable treat.

Picking up a birthday cake for someone who loves lots of icing on cake. This is a 50 dollar birthday cake and it was a previously phoned in order. First off the cakes are now smaller then they used to be under the previous owner of the bakery and the prices are now higher then they used to be. 9 of the 50 dollars was paid for added extra icing on the cake. This extra icing was NOT on the cake, anywhere. It was the exact opposite, the icing that was on the cake was the thinnest layer of icing, I have ever seen on a cake, from any bakery. The icing SKIN on this cake was THINNER then the edge of a popsicle stick. On inspection its like someone intentionally planned to put the tiniest, least, miserable, little bit of icing on this cake. And the loops and swirls of icing that you sometimes get around the top and bottom of a cake, the bottom one looked like it had been applied by someone using a eyedropper to put the icing on, the top one was not even there. Also a happy birthday wish was asked for. This was badly done. Most of the words faced one way and the name of the person receiving the cake faced in another direction! This birthday cake was a big disappointment for the person who ordered it and a bad joke to the person who received.

My grandchildren went on their first “alone “ shopping experience today ( while I waited outside) and were treated so nicely and kindly. They were very pleased and the community spirit and support shown by Heather’s staff is very appreciated!
