We, a party of 5 adults visited Kelseys at approximately 6:30 PM Saturday Sept.6th. In spite of a message posted on the door that warned of a higher than normal volume of guests was anticipated, we took a chance and entered anyway. We were promptly seated at a booth and provided with menus. It was not too long before a waitress (I believe her name was Samantha) arrived to take our drink orders. Since we had already decided what food we wished to order she also took our orders...

The restaurant is extremely noisy, and it wasn't particularly busy when we attended. We found a lot of the noise came from the staff who were moving tables and chairs in preparation for larger parties that were arriving later. One employee in particular, perhaps a manager, was dragging every table AND chair across the floor which was so loud and disruptive to those dining, trying to have conversations with each other. I understand the tables but the chairs could've been...
