Possibly amongst the worse mall based chinese food I have had. The noodles were exceptionally bland and chewy, the kung pao chicken was the same. The wife did have the brocolli, which wasn't that bad but again her chicken was rubbery. Would not repeat nor recommend
The food is just bland and really oily, don’t think it’s fresh.

Such lovely people. All know me by name now. Food is ALWAYS fresh. And portions are so worth it for the price. This has become our favourite place to go on saturdays.
Today the food was terrible, the noodles were old and dry, the chicken was fatty and tasteless. First, I was refused a refund, but after 10 minutes I got the money back
Pathetic smelly food. Noodle was raw . Male cook inside the kitchen was super rude. Asked for refund but they denied. AVOID THIS PLACE . BETTER BE HUNGRY THEN EATING AT THIS RESTAURANT
Listen I have been coming here over the years for quick 3 iteam combo for takeout with family since they opened. I wanted to give you 5 star. Unfortunately I do not order from here anymore as the portions varied based on who was working. The food is very descent to be honest. If you want quick food this is the place for you. Not bad at all

The first time we got food off of Uber Eats it was really fresh and tasty.
This week UberEats had a promo for 40% off of $50+ orders and we ordered again only to be disappointed in the quality.
We ordered 4 three-item combos.
The sweet and sour chicken was 95% batter and the black pepper beef was extremely chewy.
It felt like two different chefs were making food.
So disgusted. I don’t know if it was intentional because of the promos.
Never again. Stay away from this place!

I ordered the kung pao chicken with rice last night and sat at the food court to eat it. The texture of the first few bites of chicken seemed off (I’ve had it many times and normally enjoy it). I then had a piece that was completely raw. I spat it out and my husband was also able to see that it was entirely raw. It was so disgusting I gagged. I immediately went back to the restaurant to inform the lady behind the counter that had served me. She actually offered to give me another serving from the same batch (we were sitting within view of the counter and the container had not been replenished since I had ordered as it was filled when I arrived). I told her again that the chicken was raw and cannot be served and needs to be disposed of. She she okay and offered me another kind of chicken which I declined as I was completely put off. I returned to the table while my husband finished his meal. At no time was the chicken removed. Upon our departure I asked again if she was going to dispose of it and she said yes, but she had been too busy (only two customers & a food delivery driver had attended in the 10mins or so that had elapsed). We watched from a distance and again, there was no attempt to remove the tray of food. I was appalled.
About four hours later, once home, the stomach pains began, as well as diarrhea, vomiting and a low grade fever throughout the entire night into the morning. By afternoon, I’m still dry heaving, as there’s nothing left in my stomach. I know it was from this meal as that was literally all I had eaten yesterday.
I have since contacted public health. I wish I had done so immediately but I do realize mistakes can happen and I like to try to be fair. However, it’s the blatant disregard for dealing with the issue once informed that has left me feeling the need to leave this review. Had the staff taken immediate steps to rectify the issue, I could be more forgiving.

Located in the food court at the Georgetown Market Place Mall… Always fresh and always tasty. They don’t skimp on portions. Last minute Chinese food cravings satisfied.
