Came in at 11am, packed with school kids, washroom packed with school kids just hanging out marking the walls. Chaos at the food pickup counter. Have never seen so much chaos in a McDonald's in my life.

I ordered a Diet Coke and a strawberry Fruitopia, but when I got to the window they tried to give me only an orange Fruitopia. I’m not sure how you can screw up a two-item order like that. It might help to have someone on drive-thru who can understand english.

Used the washroom before ordering. DISGUSTING. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. I told the manager that the restrooms were disgusting and they did nothing about it. Doesn't seem that they care! Sad experience for McDonald's

Do not go here especially in the evenings. The workers are incompetent, unprofessional and disgusting. Bought a meal, it was wrong, went back through drive through and they said go to the second window to talk to the manager - well it was not the manager. Told them the issue - HERE IS THE KICKER - they took the burger back - AND WERE GOING TO FIX IT????!!!!! Said she didn’t want to waste??????? Wait what???? Ew I’m giving you a burger back and you’re going to reuse it? Wow! Never had this experience in my life! Obviously talked to manager to say how disgusting that is but don’t go here folks I don’t trust them at all ew. Everyone from the person taking our order, to the person checking us out to the one giving our food - all slow, aloof, out of it, and cannot speak coherently or have trouble speaking - terrible. They all look lost and confused. Never again!!!!!!! It was my husband getting this food but I was with him and so appalled but happy I witnessed it!!!!! The original burger was a quarter pounder blt - he got a burger with a beef patty and a crap load of mayo and a slice of cheese - sick people here! Never used to be this way!

Petty, unprofessional mcdonalds workers and supervisor. The most awful mcdonalds you'll ever go to, and there's a lot of bad ones out there. I went in for a large vanilla iced coffee and saw the cashier porpusely ignore me after taking the orders for the customers infront of me, so I was left to wait at the cash register for as long as they please, so I kindly asked if someone would take my order, then I waited for another 10 minutes for a drink that takes 15 seconds to make, and the workers and supervisor kept giving me discriminating looks like they were sadists or something, and when my drink finally came, it didn't have any sweet flavor at all, it didn't taste like coffee at all, just a bland water taste, and despite all of that the drink cost $3.45. Worst experience I've ever had at a mcds👎

Not sure if the drive thru staff don’t listen or don’t understand but I shouldn’t have to repeat each item of my order in slow-mo and annunciated three times for it to be somewhat understood. You missed the dipping sauces and gave me the wrong burger. It may also be wise to train your employees to LOOK before walking out in front of the exit of the drive thru. (When taking food out) Thankfully the car in front of me was pulling away slowly and paying attention so not to have hit your employee who didn’t even notice there was a vehicle there.

I placed an order today, but right as I did there was a shutdown and the lights went out. The staff member told me I’d need to come back another day and that they would let the manager know my name. Unfortunately, I don’t live in town, so I won’t be able to return.
It feels like I just lost my money, which is disappointing. I think the situation could have been handled better, perhaps with a refund voucher or another solution. 🤷🏽♂️

The lady at the cash thought she got my McDouble No Pickles No Onion with Habenaro right, but probably just said yes to anything i said not speaking a word of English beyond mcdouble; 2025/08/23-23:08-ish order#218 was charged $5.60 for absolute GARBAGE which has no habanero sauce, and had my hypoallergic pickles and onions what trash
