Theo was amazing and he made my sub to perfection to specify it was the Louisiana pepper chicken I would definitely recommend if you love spice perfect blend not too spicy but enough to enjoy

I had ordered a super assorted sub, when I got home it was a basic. I called the store. They made me a free super sub next day when I came in. They have my business. Both subs were yummy.

I want to share a very disappointing experience I recently had at this location.
I went in to order the Texas Bean sandwich, and while another customer was present, the staff member said “we don’t have it” and continued preparing a sandwich. It was unclear if she was speaking to me or the other customer, and when I asked for clarification, my sandwich was already halfway made. At that point, I simply agreed to take what was available.
Throughout the interaction, she was very rude and dismissive when I asked about ingredients. What upset me most was noticing a clear difference in how she treated me compared to another customer — she was polite and friendly with him but unkind and ignorant with me. I could not help but feel that her behavior toward me was based on my race/colour.
This is not the standard of customer service that we expect from Mr. Sub. considering five star ratings at other locations. I did not want to create a scene, so I paid and left, but I believe this matter should be addressed. I value Mr. Sub as a brand, but this experience has left me very dissatisfied.

Every Wednesday I stop in at Mr Sub along my work route. The gentlemen who run the shop in the mall are well mannered and they don't rush you. Come buy subs, sandwiches and terrific food right here! 👍⚡️⚡️⚡️
As a customer who’s been coming here loyally for years I am extremely angry with the rude comments made to my husband today. There was moisture on the bread and my husband asked what it was from and the response was “ when it’s busy you gotta deal, you’re not going to die”. Sir, we get it’s busy. That’s not why we were asking the question. George, your cousin has attitude and it just lost you a lifetime customer.

I’ve been to different Mr. Sub locations aswell as Subway and I find that the quality isn’t the same as it was before, until now… this location is hands down the best sub that my husband and I have had in a very long time. (I had the seafood and he has the spicy chicken) From the freshly baked bread to the fresh ingredients and service, if you are craving a sub, Georgetown Mr.Sub will not disappoint. Sorry for not posting a picture, it was that good! lol
